Everything was great, except the room was a tiny bit small. It's right next to Pavilion, which makes shopping super convenient. We also walked to the Petronas Towers, and it wasn't too far. The only downside is that traffic in the area can be quite heavy. The breakfast spread was also very good.

Always had a pleasant stay at JW Marriott. The room was clean, bright, and the service was good as always! One small suggestion would be the lift improvement — during my stay, only one lift was going up to the guest floors while the others remained at the lobby, which led to some waiting during peak hours. Overall, a great location and still an enjoyable stay!

Booked a premium king room, and the hotel upgraded me to a suite, which had great functional zoning. Finally, a blanket instead of a duvet, so no more overheating! Location is perfect. Connected to the Mall. Good breakfast. Great service. Room size is big. Great bed especially the shower.

We booked 2 room but one room with bad smell. Hotel car park signage not clear as we park at hotel side we don’t know need to pass another barrier end up Cause us pay total RM52 parking fee.

Great location within a major mall. Shopping is super convenient and lots of restaurants to choose from. The room is comfortable and clean.

Very well equipped room and luxurious though some guest s may find the room and corridors a bit dark due to the dark wood furnishings. Infinity pool & gym looked nice (did not use). Breakfast quality is average - the freshly made prata and eggs are the highlight. Second time staying in this hotel. Love the location as it’s just a few minutes walk to Pavilion KL area and a lot of nice cafe and restaurants around that area too. Will come back again next time!

The hotel is just 3 mins walk from the Pavilion Mall and very close to the famous restaurants. The facilities are a little old and the hotel staff was not that friendly. We checked out at 6am but there was no staff, he was resting inside the office until I called out loud. I honestly don't think it's a 5 star hotel standard. Its quite disappointing.

Good location, renovated not too long ago. Friendly staff, we have a group of 6 occupied 4 rooms for 2 nights, excellent experience that will come back again.

Hotel that convenient to go around the KL area. There is foods stall, mall nearby just walking distance. The price is worth it.
