Everything was great, except the room was a tiny bit small. It's right next to Pavilion, which makes shopping super convenient. We also walked to the Petronas Towers, and it wasn't too far

The only downside is that traffic in the area can be quite heavy. The breakfast spread was also very good

This is an older, upscale hotel with an excellent location. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. There are two supermarkets nearby for convenient shopping, and a fantastic durian specialty store

This is 4 star hotel but i feel like 5 star hotel. The check-in process was smooth with 5 receptionist counter. The room also clean upon arrival. The breakfast was superb and adequate to start your day

The parking lot is huge, and the hotel's location is a bit hard to find, but parking is cheap. I parked for 2 days (48 hours) and it only cost 10 RM

The room had a sofa, and when I booked, I selected two adults and one child. I asked the front desk to make up the sofa bed, and they didn't charge extra, nor did they charge for my child's breakfast

This time I booked a club room, which gives you all-day access to the 32nd-floor lounge with complimentary food and drinks – super convenient, and you get a great view of the Petronas Towers from the window

Getting around is convenient, it's only two train stops to Kuala Lumpur Station. This time I happened to visit during Thaipusam, and the train was even free!

Its a quick one day stay at Seri Pacific. The location is convenient to get to almost everywhere. Plus point its connected to opp shopping mall and lrt/ktm via covered walkway with working escalator and lift

The staff looked professional, and breakfast was good. There was a decent buffet spread. at night, I heard walking sound,like 7steps, then silence for 10 seconds, followed by the same sound until I fell asleep

Arrived hotel around 10am and the front desk was very helpful and allow us to drop our bags.. 4minutes walking to LRT PWTC.. and checkout was very smooth.. bfast is okay.. will repeat again when im in KL

The room has a fantastic view, you can even see the Twin Towers. I recommend turning off all the lights and just enjoying the scenery. If you're not in a hurry, I suggest booking breakfast

Lost count how many times we stay here. The only downside this time is when we have to wait for a long time for a elevator when the check out time.

Booked two rooms and contacted the hotel in advance to arrange connecting rooms. Both the facilities and service were excellent. This was the best of the four hotels we stayed at during our trip to Malaysia!

The entire resort is beautiful, and there's a huge shopping mall with tons of restaurants just past the restaurant on the right side of the front desk, making dining incredibly convenient

Sunway Resort Hotel is absolutely amazing! It's like a giant playground. The lobby is incredibly grand and opulent, and the staff are all super warm and friendly

The hotel is also directly connected to Sunway Pyramid, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining with easy access to many food options

The room was adequately spacious though selection of channel on for your entertainment were more stressed on news and sports with little option for movies

It's right next to a light rail station's downhill end, so you hear the constant screeching of train brakes from 6 AM onwards. Plus, it's near a highway, so there's a lot of loud motorcycle noise at night

Location: Situated above the Intermark Mall, with the lobby on the second floor, and the restaurant and pool on the tenth. There's an LRT line behind the hotel, which can be a bit noisy at night

To top it off, a large mosque nearby starts broadcasting prayers loudly over speakers at 6 AM. If you're sensitive to noise and need good sleep, I'd recommend thinking twice about this hotel

Most attractions require a taxi or public transport to get to. On the bright side, you can get free bottled water from the front desk anytime, and the room cleaning was quite good

As for the breakfast selection were quite varied with major sector of Malaysian, Western and Chinese food

Room is large, bed is very comfortable, toilet is clean and there is fridge, iron and hair dryer in the room. The parking is shared with mall parking and the hotel charged rm5 per day.

We appreciated the thoughtful addition of lotion, and the amenities like shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo had a lovely jasmine and rose scent, which was not typical of most hotels

Noise: Construction/renovation was happening on L16 while I was on L15. This was not mentioned during the booking process. Staff: The morning check-out staff was not friendly or welcoming

I've always loved Hilton hotels, but at this particular one, the front desk staff didn't even give a basic introduction to the hotel during check-in. They just told me the room number and that was it

Location is good. From MRT Bukit Bintang to hotel,walk less than 5mins. Next to hotel, is Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Surrounding got lots of food and easy access to every places.

Grand Millennium Hotel Kuala Lumpur Stay Review: This hotel is located right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, with major malls like Pavilion just outside, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient

It's also convenient for getting around; there's a mall across the street, and it's not too far to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers. There was even an event on New Year's Eve

Chose this hotel for Christmas because of their Christmas buffet. The bathroom was a bit dated, but overall it was very clean. The view was great and the location was super convenient. Breakfast was delicious too.
