If you are planning for city advanture , shopping , crowded lobby , malls , this is the best one , also one of the bedt JW s i stayed in very style and comfortable with special mall in the Hotel .

Everything was great, except the room was a tiny bit small. It's right next to Pavilion, which makes shopping super convenient. We also walked to the Petronas Towers, and it wasn't too far

Finally, a blanket instead of a duvet, so no more overheating! The soundproofing in the room wasn't the best, and breakfast options were a bit limited, but the hotel staff's service attitude was excellent

The only downside is that traffic in the area can be quite heavy. The breakfast spread was also very good

Nice room, clean and comfortable. I like the bed and bedsheet so much. Provide me the best view rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the movie Notting Hill! The subway is incredibly convenient, right next to the mall. However, the WiFi gets pretty bad once it gets crowded at night

Loved the view which you get from this hotel. Breakfast menu was good and a lot of variety was there. You can find all types of options in it. There is always a rush in the lobby during check in/chrck out time

The room had a sofa, and when I booked, I selected two adults and one child. I asked the front desk to make up the sofa bed, and they didn't charge extra, nor did they charge for my child's breakfast

It advertised Chinese-speaking staff, but I didn't encounter any and had to communicate in English. To the left of the hotel, there's an electric buggy service that goes between the hotel and KLCC

Getting around is convenient, it's only two train stops to Kuala Lumpur Station. This time I happened to visit during Thaipusam, and the train was even free!

Its a quick one day stay at Seri Pacific. The location is convenient to get to almost everywhere. Plus point its connected to opp shopping mall and lrt/ktm via covered walkway with working escalator and lift

The staff looked professional, and breakfast was good. There was a decent buffet spread. at night, I heard walking sound,like 7steps, then silence for 10 seconds, followed by the same sound until I fell asleep

Arrived hotel around 10am and the front desk was very helpful and allow us to drop our bags.. 4minutes walking to LRT PWTC.. and checkout was very smooth.. bfast is okay.. will repeat again when im in KL

The room has a fantastic view, you can even see the Twin Towers. I recommend turning off all the lights and just enjoying the scenery. If you're not in a hurry, I suggest booking breakfast

Lost count how many times we stay here. The only downside this time is when we have to wait for a long time for a elevator when the check out time.

This is an older, upscale hotel with an excellent location. It's just a 10-minute walk to the Petronas Towers. There are two supermarkets nearby for convenient shopping, and a fantastic durian specialty store

To add-on, there are some old reviews which talks about unavailability of English channel, but we got the English channels with good movies playing throughout, though the TV is super old

Had a great stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. The check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient, and the hotel is conveniently located near major shopping centres and a wide variety of dining options

The room was adequately spacious though selection of channel on for your entertainment were more stressed on news and sports with little option for movies

It's right next to a light rail station's downhill end, so you hear the constant screeching of train brakes from 6 AM onwards. Plus, it's near a highway, so there's a lot of loud motorcycle noise at night

To top it off, a large mosque nearby starts broadcasting prayers loudly over speakers at 6 AM. If you're sensitive to noise and need good sleep, I'd recommend thinking twice about this hotel

Most attractions require a taxi or public transport to get to. On the bright side, you can get free bottled water from the front desk anytime, and the room cleaning was quite good

Location: Situated above the Intermark Mall, with the lobby on the second floor, and the restaurant and pool on the tenth. There's an LRT line behind the hotel, which can be a bit noisy at night

As for the breakfast selection were quite varied with major sector of Malaysian, Western and Chinese food

Safety wise not the best as anyone entering the mall can take the lift to guest staying rooms, they should improve the security by requesting a room card to tap before pressing your floor

Room is large, bed is very comfortable, toilet is clean and there is fridge, iron and hair dryer in the room. The parking is shared with mall parking and the hotel charged rm5 per day.

Slightly Downside for me, they charge fee for an ice bucket, and the breakfast buffet spread is very limited, but overall is still good enough

They also gave us a complimentary slice cake. The mattress is of good quality and new. The free hi tea set was ok but does feel like a budget set and can be better

The Chinese staff Jackson is also quite serviced oriented, smiles a lot and really shows good attitude. The hotel is also connected to the mall directly via lift for more food and shopping

Great location, right between the Petronas Towers and Pavilion Mall. The twin beds were very spacious, perfect for families with kids. The rooftop bar also had a fantastic atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The customer service was great. The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback was the buffet breakfast which had less variety compared with other similar price range hotels.

Location: Staying at KL Sentral was perfect for us as we needed to catch the Airport Express and trains. We could easily grab a ride anywhere, and the distance was reasonable for the price
