Everything was great, except the room was a tiny bit small. It's right next to Pavilion, which makes shopping super convenient. We also walked to the Petronas Towers, and it wasn't too far. The only downside is that traffic in the area can be quite heavy. The breakfast spread was also very good.

Always had a pleasant stay at JW Marriott. The room was clean, bright, and the service was good as always! One small suggestion would be the lift improvement — during my stay, only one lift was going up to the guest floors while the others remained at the lobby, which led to some waiting during peak hours. Overall, a great location and still an enjoyable stay!

Booked a premium king room, and the hotel upgraded me to a suite, which had great functional zoning. Finally, a blanket instead of a duvet, so no more overheating! The soundproofing in the room wasn't the best, and breakfast options were a bit limited, but the hotel staff's service attitude was excellent.
