Very Poor Service – Will Not Book Again!!

I booked Pantai Regal Hotel five days in advance, then realized I had mistakenly booked the wrong hotel. The correct hotel I needed was Pantai Regal City Hotel, which is near my class location. The difference is only the word “City”, which caused the confusion.

I immediately contacted the hotel to request a date change. My first request through the booking platform was rejected. However, one day before my check-in date, a hotel staff contacted me and informed me that I could change the date if the new dates were available. I then submitted a new date change request, but received no response at all.

I tried calling the hotel multiple times—no one answered. Later, they messaged me through the booking platform. I replied immediately to proceed with the date change, but no action was taken until my original booking date had already passed.

On my actual check-in date, I called again and the staff simply told me to “just check in to avoid the booking being burnt,” without offering any help or solution for the date change. Since then, I have continued trying to contact them, but there has been zero response.

This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional customer service. There was no clear communication, no follow-up, and no responsibility taken by the hotel staff.

I will never book this hotel again and strongly advise others to think twice if you expect proper service or support.

The room toilet so dirty the water 💧 so slow cannot even get a good bath and face wash. The pressure of water so horrible the floor so dirty.

The bedsheet never change so yellowish and dusty.
Book 2 room both having same problem.
Cannot have good sleep the toilet door keep making noise 😴

Expensive to compare with other and no value for money and service .

Even a basic issue like the water supply couldn’t be handled properly. They didn’t inform cust early, and when asked, the staff themselves didn’t even know what was happening. The staff are not capable, and the management doesn’t care about essential matters. I stayed for almost three days and they still couldn’t fix the water pressure problem. I have no idea what the receptionist was doing, I reported the issue three times, and all they did was repeat the same answer and give false hope, saying it would be fine later. It’s ridiculous. People just want to shower and rest, but instead it became extremely frustrating. I didn’t even come here for a holiday . I’m here for work. Definitely not a place I would recommend for anyone planning a vacation. Useless hotel
