De Rhu Beach Resort in Kuantan

I checked in on 28th November at around 7:30 PM and was first given ground floor room number 62, but unfortunately the room had no electricity. I was then transferred to room number 54.

After that, my husband went out for dinner while I attended my office dinner at the same location. When I returned to the room at almost 11 PM, I went to take a shower and was shocked to find that the bidet had no water at all, and there was no hand shower. I had to use a trash bin filled with water just to clean myself, which was very uncomfortable and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the shower soap bottle was completely empty, and there was also no soap at the sink. I tried calling the front desk six times, but no one answered.

Because of these terrible conditions and poor service, I checked out that same night. This was definitely my first and last stay here, and I will never come back again.
