For a 3 star hotel, its amazingly comfortable enough for us as a family. Took around 9 hours from Sg Petani Kedah..arrived in Kuantan around 1pm and no other hotel that allow us to checkin early. Thanks to the receptionist who help me a lot. The breakfast was good enough for us - nasi lemak, bread, toast, donut and coffee. Near the centre, can walk around for nightlife at the Padang with Masjid view. Near streetfood stalls for dinner. Just a walk away from Kula Cakes, Zus and many more. Room was comfortable for us - 1 king & 1 single and special enough for us. Only that the fridge is not functioning. Toilet is clean. Lif working as usual.

Rooms are okay. The staff are helpful. Complimentary breakfast was delicious nasi lemak and assortments of bread. The location was near eateries. Easy to find places to eat.

The location is in the city, close to mostly everything. Suitable for family with small children. Has private parking in front of the hotel building just like the photo. The breakfast is alright, if you are in a rush,,,can just grab it and off you go? at least we won't contribute to food wastage.

i like it very strategic location. near to the mall and shops. The place is clean and neat service is good. Room is comfortable also.

Breakfast nasi lemak so much delicious, you can eat how much you want. One thing i really hate, if the elevator not in service, you gotta take stairs. Long hour drive car got jet lagged meh

The worst KFC I have ever seen, rubbish everywhere ,dirty floor used dishes on the tables for long time, moreover, someone had been vomited on the floor and no one from the stupid unhelpful staff did action by cleaning it , oooh how awful
