The location facing Jonker Street is perfect, but the building has no elevator, so carrying luggage to the room was a struggle. The power went out just after 9 PM, and the front desk staff had already gone home before the electricity was restored. Waiting for the power to come back in a hot room was a tough experience.

Extremely satisfied. I accidentally booked the wrong dates; I arrived on the 23rd, but my reservation was for the 21st-23rd. The front desk staff didn't hesitate at all. After confirming there were rooms available for both nights in Melaka, they immediately checked me in. I found this incredibly kind – she didn't even ask me to leave a good review. The hotel's location is also excellent, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended! I'd definitely stay here again myself!

This is my worst hotel experience ever.
The only good thing about this hotel is that it's in the heart of Jonker street.

There is NO LIFT so I requested for Level 1 but turns out L1 is second level in Malaysia.

I ordered the double queen room, the Aircon didn't work at first but when it did it was weak af so it's so hot. The toilet is extremely gross.
Initially the shower head didn't work, and the water pressure is so weak that it's weaker than my pee. Once it works it keeps swivelling all over. It drove me nuts.

There's nothing I can do because he says there's no other available rooms and I'm only here for 1 night. I think it's a lie because there wasn't much guests tbh.

Absolutely disgusting place and I cannot believe the positive reviews here.

The towels are also super worn out and not white it's so disgusting.

Didn't help that the one single hotel staff was super lazy. I had to flare up for him to come help me.

I like the secured gated carpark provided by the hotel. The staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were spacious and general cleanliness was good. Location is right in the heart of Jonker street with all the amenities within walking distance.
It would be great if there is a lift available as the narrow staircase is difficult to use especially when carrying my suitcase. A safe was provided but faulty and the refrigerator wasn’t cool enough.
Overall my stay was pleasant and would recommend it.
