Love this budget hotel, the only setback is that the outer air conditioner dripping water and it's a bit slippery. The foods are delicious and the service of the kitchen staff, Mr. Suhaimi is unmatched. He is so attentive to his guest and always greet us. The location is near a mosque, and two local restaurants and a mart. Only 20-30 min to Pantai Chenang. Overall love staying at this hotel l

Located a bit away from the busy and overcrowded areas of Langkawi, this resort offers a calm and relaxing experience. The staff, especially the receptionists, are very helpful, assisting guests in planning their Langkawi itinerary.

This hotel looks old but it is enough to spend the night on your own or with your family at a reasonable and economical price. same facilities as other hotels with easy breakfast preparation. want to comment about the water pressure is a bit slow, I live on the third floor and I want to take a shower and I'm not satisfied.

I had an excellent stay at the Myangkasa Akademi & Resort Langkawi. The staff was outstanding, offering attentive and friendly service that truly made my solo vacation special. The breakfast was genuinely superb, featuring a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. As for value, it’s spot on—the quality you get for the price is perfect. 😍 It’s worth noting that the resort isn’t near the beach, so having a scooter or a car rental is a good idea. However, to fully explore Langkawi, you would need a vehicle regardless, so this wasn’t an issue for me at all. Highly recommended!

I had a memorable stay at Myangkasa Akademi & Resort Langkawi. Despite the rooms being smaller, they were cosy and comfortable. The highlight was the first-class breakfast that left a lasting impression. I commend the management for keeping the resort operational during the quiet period, It was Ramadan and tourist numbers were low.
The resort was well-maintained, with ongoing maintenance work that didn't disrupt my stay. The staff were standout, friendly and always ready to assist. The location was convenient, particularly for those with a car, as it was close to the airport and Cenang. However, I enjoy walking, but found the lack of walkways and fast traffic a hazard. I found Grab taxis a reliable and affordable option for getting around, with fares of around 12-14 Ringgits to the beach, 25 Ringgits to the Skywalk, and less than 10 Ringgits to the airport.
One downside was the loud road noise, prompting me to recommend earplugs for light sleepers. Overall, I expressed gratitude to the manager and staff and would recommend the resort as a place to stay in Langkawi, especially for those with a car.
