The hotel location is awesome just at the entrance of cenang beach and the centre of the shopping area. But the amenities could be better and the furniture are very old and just enough.

We stayed at this hotel in January 2026. The hotel is located right in the heart of Cenang. It was a bit noisy, but it didn't bother us. We had a large, two-room suite with a sea view. The only thing that left a negative impression was the poor housekeeping in the room – there was hair on the floor everywhere and the bathroom fixtures were dirty. The hotel itself is a bit run-down, but if it were clean, that wouldn't be such a big issue. Everything else was great, and the reception staff were polite.

Only one outlet in two rooms. AC in the bedroom is good but placed exactly opposite the bed. Everything else is nice.

Rated hotel as average based on other's review read, as didn't make it to stay in the hotel. However, the reservation service team was helpful to promptly reply to my email. The hotel's strange side would be the reserved family room with balcony, facing inside within the hotel with no outside street view.

We booked the largest room for 8 people (6 adults and 2 children). The room is very spacious, but the furniture is quite simple. The biggest highlight is the balcony, which offers a direct view of the bustling, lively area below. In terms of location, it’s perfect, 10/10 with nothing to complain about. It's right across from the beach and surrounded by many restaurants and eateries. If you enjoy a vibrant lifestyle, this is a great choice."

Yeah good food as always but no toilet, you're joking guys. It was just me ordering the biggest combo possible and the guy asked me "anything else?" Life if my order wasn't big enough already ahah employers are not happy in this place.. just saying.

Food ok, very disorganized, very slow workers, you can wait 30 min to get your orders taken on cash, because the man/lady on cash is the same who prepare the order. It needs more active team with better management, and increase the manpower there.
