Stayed for three days, and the room was never cleaned.

Nice and clean hotel. I am really not sure why it is not rated higher. The room was great and was super clean (minus the occasional bugs and mosquitoes, which is to be expected when you’re visiting a tropical island) and you can’t beat the location. The property is just a five minute walk from the beach and from all the cafes and restaurants, but it’s not so close to the loud part of the walking street so it’s quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay!

The staff are very polite and friendly. The standard rooms are small, and the towels and bedding are old. The rooms have a fridge and air conditioning, but no safe.

We booked a family room this time. Location is always convenient to out and try many different restaurants. Would like to see more often for the cleaning staff to be able to take out rubbish on daily basis. Great stay as usual, otherwise.

Well, it's not really a hotel, more like a country house! In the mornings, you're woken by roosters, and in the evenings, if you decide to sit on your private mini-veranda, you'll encounter mosquitoes. And that's probably the only thing that might bother someone. Otherwise, the hotel is great. Housekeeping is available on request, even daily – you just put your key in the designated slot and return to a clean room. The bed is large and comfortable, and the bathroom is truly excellent for Asia. The beach and entertainment street are very close, but the hotel is set back a bit, so there are no unnecessary noises, just the sounds of nature. I recommend it!

We booked room with 2 beds and then they told us it’s fully booked and we just have 1 queen bed and we accepted and we found the problem not just the bed even the room is smaller

This is a small hotel made up of several bungalows. There's a cafe nearby with tasty and affordable food. The beach is only about a five-minute walk away. The front desk staff are excellent and very helpful. They assisted us with many questions that had conflicting information online.

Unfortunately I hate to leave this review
However I just hope that they will take it as a learning curve.
Room was so dated feeling quite unsafe as the door lock was just nothing, but a bathroom lock which it can been open with a coin from the outside.
Not a single coats hanger or anything to hang your coats on
Requesting my room to be cleaned and fresh towels I end up was given dirty towels with ***** hair on and some kind of stain on it. Quite disappointing for the price that they charge there’s no street light once you leave the areas you were left in total darkness
Also they are carrying out maintenance work at 6:45am-7:00am banging on the room next to mine having a disturbance early in the morning when you just wanted a Lying on a Sunday morning
However I just hope that they will take it as a learning curve.

However, if you're a very cozy person, this might not be the best fit for you.
It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, all within walking distance. It’s close to the beach, mall, spa, restaurants, and a convenience store.
Our host was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. They gave us great tips on things to see and do in the area, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
I would also like to thank the manager for his kindness in offering us a ride to the airport early in the morning. Our flight was at 8 a.m., so we needed to check out by 6 a.m., and Grab wasn’t accessible that early."

Location is good because is near to the beach but room quite old but girl staff so nice and helpful

Saju vai and his family's attitude is so nice. He always serve fresh food. Truly Bangladeshi taste...The Bangali who couldn't take other's cultures food and want halal food, saju vai is the bless for them. He always served fresh and halal food for Muslims.

Amazing food (North Indian)! Can't recommend this place enough. As vegetarians looking for food in Pantai Cenang, this was a dream find. The chef could easily explain the food contents and was very friendly. Great food!
