Nice staff. Spacious room with a great view of Alor Setar tower. Strategic location. Near to eateries. 11 minutes walk to Aman Sentral shopping mall.

We booked in the old wing and the room was dated as expected but had everything needed and the bed was comfy. The bathroom however wasn't clean.

Okay for the price, big room, but old facilities.

The room had some hairs when I arrived.

Inside it has a sports centre which includes a swimming pool you can use but you need to wear a swimming hat, which you can rent there for 3 ringgit.

It's a short walk to Amarin Central, but the hotel walls are not soundproof at all. The bed is soft, but the blanket is a definite no-go.

Bilik besar dan view best mengadap Menara Alor Setar. Cuma bau hapak agak kuat di bilik 514 new wing. Location wise pon quite near to kedai2 makan and also near to epot.

I would not recommend anyone to come to this place. Very bad menu, very bad service, very slow cooking speed and unhygienic toilet. Average food. 1 of the worst restaurant i've ever been to. The ownership of this restaurant may has been changed since last time I went to that place. That place really need a lot of improvement, like A LOT, in every aspect as possible.
