Very kind staff.
Improvement needed:
-Aircon makes big noise
-I had room 21 and it was very loud even after i turned off my aircon. Probably aircon ventilators of the hotels were outside close my room.
-Mosquito in the room too.
-Could be more clean in the areas one doesn’t easily look to.
Location worked well for me. About 15 minutes drive to Kuala Kedah Ferry station.

Really friendly and polite staff! Supermarket, mall and restaurants all in walking distance 50-100m. Lovely clean rooms and reception. Quiet and secure. Good restful night, well recommended 👌

We took a small three beds room and it was good enough we only stayed for few hours as the city was a resting place for our ultimate goal Langkawi but it was nice
