Kuri Inn

This place really made me feel like home. The workers are super friendly and funny, the place is clean and nice and food’s just incredible. I could eat the breakfast for the rest of my life! Omadhoo is a local, still authentic island with a beautiful bikini beach and a nice house reef where you can go for snorkeling - we saw a lot of fish, octopus and even a turtle! We also got to enjoy the tours and some dives with the attached dive center Seasoul and had incredible trips around Omadhoo. Shaggy is an experienced guide, he knows his dive sites and the animals very well and we had a very good and fun time with him. We saw lots of mantas, whale sharks and even overcame our fear of sharks while diving. I’d really recommend going to Fish Head when you’re into scuba! Thanks for everything, we will definitely come back!

This guesthouse is great and exceptional (I can compare, I was in another guesthouse on the same island a year ago). Our whole stay, three weeks, was wonderful. Everything you need is available, the lower price compared to other guesthouses is exceptional too, also the large front garden, closed off from the surroundings, where you can stay during the day and evening, and the seamless wifi. The beach is a few steps from the guesthouse. We ordered dinner there in addition to breakfast, and were delighted, we enjoyed the local traditional dishes, fish but who wouldn't be into fish or local food, there is enough choice of classic ones and first and foremost everyone in the extended family is so nice and friendly that everyone agrees on everything. This is probably the best thing ever, the extremely welcoming family atmosphere, I still miss everyone humanly. I can only warmly recommend it.

The accommodation was clean and the food was very good. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind.
Omadhoo is such a beautiful and small atoll with a beautiful house reef.
Everyone tried very hard to make the vacation a dream vacation. It was my first time there but definitely not the last!

We stayed at Kuri Beach View Inn for 4 days over Christmas 2018. Our entire stay was wonderful. We were met by Hassan at the airport who immediately arranged for our transfer the night we arrived. Omadhoo island is about 1.5 hours away from the airport. The beach is right on the doorstep of the guesthouse which we pleasantly enjoyed. At the guesthouse, we were attended to by Adhunan and family. Breakfast was delicious, a good mix of local and Western choices. We got the entire guesthouse to ourselves which was really nice. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds and all basic necessities provided (AC, hot shower, bath towels, beach towels, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner). Adhunan brought us on the whale shark swimming, dolphin watching, sandbank, fishing and snorkelling trips. We had fun on all, and prices were much lower compared to those charged by hotels. All the staff at the guesthouse were friendly too! Overall, we had a really great time at Kuri Beach View Inn!
