The hotel itself is small, but the rooms are simply gorgeous! The bed was divine; I slept wonderfully. The room was large and had everything I needed.
The service was excellent, but it's a shame I didn't stay long. I definitely recommend it.

The only disappointment was that trip.com said there was a sauna when I booked this hotel, but there was no sauna.
I booked the room 25 days in advance and made an appointment for airport pick-up 3 days before check-in. Then on the day of arrival, I was taken directly to an apartment hotel with no sign - the elevator was full with 2 people and 2 suitcases, and the room was less than 15 square meters. The boxes couldn't be opened, and the curtains were opened to reveal the residents next door. There was no water for the two breakfast sandwiches.
I booked a room and reported a pick-up. When I arrived, the hotel asked me to pay extra for the airport drop-off, but the communication was fruitless. Feedback to Ctrip for compensation and praise Ctrip’s service!
