The manager Ahmed lies a lot and is a very arrogant person,being in the hospitality industry - one has to know how to handle the customer and provide services. They change the prices as per their wish and charge more if you are paying in different currencies. He charges u by the black market price, which is completely loss for the customers.
The receptionist and the front desk females are rude and have no manners on how to treat the customer's. Over all i would never suggest a hotel like this ... Food is not good. The manager and front desk Females are senseless human beings.. 👎👎

I don’t know how the management runs the place. I came around 12:15 p.m. to the hotel. No one was at the reception. There was a piece of paper with a number written on it. I called that number, and the person on the other side doesn’t know how to speak English. Only Hindi. That’s what the person was saying. Then came a gentleman dressed so casually. I'm not sure if he's a member of the staff or a visitor. He was as clueless as me. I said I made the booking through Agoda. The gentleman didn’t have a clue and made a phone call. I guess nobody checks the emails. Then, after 2 minutes, the gentleman said my room was ready. So I went to the room to find out that someone else's luggage was in this room. I came back to reception and informed the gentleman, and again he made a phone call and had to wait at the reception for another 15 minutes. Now another gentleman came and tried to seek things out. Finally, I got my room key. The room was okay. Not so big, but good enough for a solo traveler or couple. The pillows have a humid smell. The toilet wasn't cleaned properly. Sand in the shower area. Soap stains in the soap holder. The light inside the toilet's ceiling was flickering. The Muslim shower was broken. The toilet paper wasn't changed. There is no bath mat inside the toilet. The towels have huge holes. When I booked the room on Agoda, it was mentioned that the room comes with a view. The view was a concrete wall. The mini fridge hadn't been washed for ages, and it smelled like fungus. This place is in a good location, and the hotel is nice, but it needs proper housekeeping staff and proper people to run the place. Such a bad experience.

There are other options too which can be explored. The hotel had occupancy of just 2 rooms still they had given us a room with a window which makes no sense. If u had to open window, there is another building at the gap of 2-3 feets. There was no fresh air.

For food, we were informed that there will be buffet but there use to be 1 gravy item with chapati and rice. Food was tasty but could have given more options. Break fast used to be good but dinner was not great at all.

Eleven Trees nightmare we had this week ! I heavily suggest to never visit this hotel. The hotel manager Ahmed is such a very non customer centric. the way he talks and never say even hello to customers neither to the employees.
Social Media is the best way to inform others about issue and I want to inform people on the same.
On top of that they sell on booking.com a complete false seaview which mislead customers (done on purpose).

1. The Hotel is strategically located near the beach and in the heart of the city of Hulhumalle amidst a bustling place.The building is new and hence clean and well maintained.

2.The room we were allotted was like a cage when in fact, we had paid for a much more spacious double room with a balcony. Only after our continued insistence they shifted us to a room that we paid for which was after seven days. No tissue papers or toilet paper were available which are absolute essentials. We had to ask for it. Plug points did not work either.

3.House keeping.
In fourteen days the linens were changed only once. That too upon insisting. Similarly sweeping and mopping and toilet cleaning were done only twice in two weeks.

4.Internet.
It was an utter disaster. It worked for four days and later it waned out. Everyday management said IT team would come to repair. Sadly no one from IT ever turned up. I missed out on two important google meetings. My roommate got cut off from her family. Three days before checking out they very condescendingly connected to their system.

5.The food. On three special occasions special Biriyani was served .Twice we got chicken curry and again just twice veg curry was served. Otherwise meals provided were scant and tasteless. Fruits and vegetables were missing or minimal. We had to buy additional food from outside.

6. The staff.
The silver streak among the dark clouds.The front desk personnel especially Isha was extremely hospitable, helpful and had very pleasing manners. She was very obliging. Hats off to her and the gentlemen working in the kitchen, restaurant and house keeping.They were very polite,service minded and had pleasing manners.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless nothing else is available, the services and food provided were abysmal and a rip off. We were cooped up and treated less than for the entire duration of our stay. Less hotel, more hostel.

We stayed at Eleven Trees on a 15 days package. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach, and the main street. The property appears to be new and well maintained. The room and the bathroom are clean and well maintained. The housekeeping cum restaurant staff are quite nice and respond well. The front desk staff are also nice, particularly Isha who is quite helpful.
Sadly, the whole experience turned out to be bad merely because of the food. Our package was a full board package which included all meals. We were told by our Cochin agent (Bonjourneys) that the food would be buffet. However, the menu was just one dish with rice or chapatis, and nothing else. What we got was:
- For Breakfast and Dinner - Chapatis or Porathas, and one spicy vegetable curry. After few days of complaining, they started giving us toasts (with little butter and jam) and one egg for breakfast instead of the chapati-curry combination. The butter serving was so small that we had to buy butter from outside and carry it to the restaurant.
- For Lunch - A plate of plain rice and one spicy vegetable curry or dal. A small salad and a pappad were the add-ons. On some days, it was just a plate of fried rice and a pappad for lunch.

Having paid close to USD 2650 for a couple (USD 176 per day), the type and variety of food which was served as part of a full board package as buffet was terrible.

Horrible hotel.... Internet is such a disaster not working properly when we asked the receptionist guy it is the internet you can use he says if you want better one go other places.This guy is a rude!!!!!!!

And also room was not clean when we want to use kettle for a coffee it was really bad condition.There was milk and tea in the kettle maybe it is made a month ago!!!!!!!!!
