The staff were patient and friendly, and always explained things thoroughly when I had questions. It's very close to the pier and offers airport transfer service, which is super convenient for business travelers! There are also plenty of dining options in the city.

A wonderful stay with an excellent overall experience. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing visit. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to assist, creating a very welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel is conveniently located, and the environment is calm and pleasant. Special appreciation to the housekeeping and front desk teams for their prompt service and attention to detail.

Excellent service and a great location. The airport transfer was very prompt. Breakfast was delicious, and the towels were nice. Overall, great value for money.

Unima Grand Maldives – Very Disappointing Stay
Cleanliness was acceptable, but that is the only positive point I can mention. Breakfast selection was poor and unimpressive.
The service was absolutely terrible. On the very first day, my friend and I experienced ****** discrimination and were treated with complete disrespect, especially by a staff member named Osama, who openly made fun of me. This kind of behavior is disgraceful and should never happen in hospitality.
When I raised the issue with the manager, instead of handling it professionally, his attitude was equally rough and dismissive. Although there was a slight improvement afterward, the overall service remained far below standard.
This experience was deeply disappointing, and I will never return to this hotel. I also cannot recommend it to others.
