The rooms were very nice here and I liked how central it was between old Malé and the newer part of the island. It also has a great view from their rooftop so take advantage of that!
The one complaint I have is that the staff could be more knowledgeable about local ferry times and how to get to/from certain islands. I feel like many tourists are looking for this information, and I found it frustrating that the (some of) the staff could not assist.
I will say that a seemingly more senior woman there was much more helpful, and helped me call my other hotel in Dhiffushi in order to get information on how to reach Dhiffushi, so thank you very much to her!!!
If you are reading this and having the same struggle, I'd recommend getting in contact with the hotel at the island you are trying to reach. If you're having a hard time, ask one of the staff to call that hotel to get info. Many of the hotels have their own Ferry shuttles that are hosted at the international airport, so you don't have to get a private speedboat. Its basically a section of the airport that's like a Taxi pickup, but each booth is for separate hotel's ferry shuttle.

However, I reserved a Deluxe room which they assigned me on the 1st floor, outside was the road and football court. Also, there was a protest march on the road at least an hour non stopping shouting and playing music, at the late night, of course the hotel said it only maintain 20mins.
Furthermore, there is no hot water for shower, towels with stains, the window in toilet was opened which was unable to close. No hair dryer provided until you ask them to send. The bathroom does not appears like the photos they shown on Trip.com.
Please do not choose this hotel, it’s horrible like a ghost house.
