Ellie Boo Bed & Breakfast in Xaghra

I would say one of the best B&Bs in the world. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. We were blown away by their welcome. Such a friendly and warm couple. They immediately gave us information about various restaurants and beautiful places and also booked us a table in a fantastic restaurant. The Ellie Boo is a beautiful and well-maintained house that is lovingly decorated. The garden is decorated with beautiful flowers and the pool is well kept. Every detail was perfect. The breakfast was the best we had on our Malta and Gozo trip. I would like to say a big thank you to our, I would like to say host parents John and Tina. We would come back immediately and at any time and are already looking forward to seeing them again.

A fabulous B&B with absolutely lovely hosts in John & Tina. The room was large with everything you need available - including normal size shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. The pool area is cosy but very welcoming and inviting. We will be back!

Just the best b&b I have ever stayed at. Immaculate and Tina and John so welcoming. Truly a home away from home. Oh and the Pool and the view! Wow! If you are going to Gozo stay here!

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay. Quiet little oasis, but with a very short walk into the city center. The views were lovely, down the valley right into the sea. The owners are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was served between 8 and 10 in the morning, with a lot of options and fresh coffee. The pool looked very nice (although it was too cold to swim in early March) and the communal lounge had lots of books to read. The room itself had a hairdryer, toiletries and supplies, and coffee/tea and a kettle and there was fresh milk available from the refrigerator if you needed it (although the host made me fresh coffee when we arrived the in afternoon, it was a lovely surprise and very appreciated!)

We spend a very nice moment in Ellie Boo Bed & Breakfast. Tina & John are lovely people, always ready to help their guest to plan activities and to give some advices. We hope we will see again.

An absolute gem of a find on the beautiful island of Gozo! We found this lovely B&B by chance when our other accommodation plans on the island had fallen apart. John & Tina were more than gracious to host us at the very last minute on a Sunday and how lucky we were to find them. They are the loveliest people and took great care during our five-day stay to ensure that our time on Gozo was one to remember! The B&B itself is located in a quiet street in a nice town only a few minutes away from Victoria. The place is spotless and bright, with a lovely common space used from breakfast and a great pool area to cool down and relax during hot days on the island. The room we had was very spacious, with a large open bathroom and everything you would need during your stay (fan and air conditioning are a must for the hot nights in summer). Breakfast is included in the stay and we were always spoilt for choice on what we could have as they cater for various tastes. We had a hire car which we could easily park at the end of the street, and could reach all corners of the island in no time. We also heard that they have good connections by public transport just down the street to all the main sights and towns. The small town itself has many corner shops to do some groceries, hosts the best bakery on the island and the highlight is definitely the square with restaurants/bar right in front of the majestic church that is only a 10 minute walk away from the B&B. John & Tina gave us lots of great recommendations during the whole stay on the best places to go in terms of sightseeing, activities, swimming, restaurants, bars, live music, you name it! We cannot thank them enough for such a lovely stay and would definitely recommend their B&B to anyone thinking of going to Gozo!
