An incredibly relaxing holiday in a beautiful location to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The team at Heritage Le Telfair are attentive and thoughtful and they went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Whata place to holiday. Tamassa Bel Ombre has the lot! We lucked into a great ground floor room a stones throw room the beach and pool! From arrival to departure we had no issues at all with the Tamassa. Staff were attentive and very customer focussed. Food and wines were good, along with the icy cold local beers! Most enjoyable stay at Heritage Awali. Great vibe, beautiful resort and amazing staffs.

What a superb setting! It was a little paradise. The staff were excellent, super friendly and very helpful. The food was great and there were a couple of restaurants as well as the buffet restaurant. There was plenty to do there. Towards the end of the holiday the bathroom goodies weren’t being replaced as much and the towels were slightly rough but that was my only concern.

We had the most wonderful time staying in the lovely Awali . All of the staff and everybody there are incredible. They made us feel so so special. We only had two nights but enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the big double bath and massive bed and good quality linens. They organised a lovely small birthday cake which was much appreciated. We managed to get a free glass bottom boat trip there which we enjoyed. We ate in The Mercado and Edgewater and both were very good.

Our stay at the Outrigger Beach Resort was simply fantastic and exceeded our expectations in every way. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the clean and impeccably maintained grounds. It's a hotel where you can feel comfortable. The room is large and the bed is wide and cozy. The buffet dinner is delicious, with many Indian curries. The beach is lovely and there are plenty of sun loungers. Some things in the hotel are a bit outdated.

Check-in and check-out take too much time!

A pleasant stay, good for 3 nights. The reception was excellent. We booked the junior suite overlooking the beach, so it was perfect! One small drawback was the restaurant, which was quite noisy in the morning (because it was very large and therefore very busy).

Inefficient service, no one answered the room service call

The hotel has a good environment, comfortable and beautiful rooms, and warm and thoughtful service.

Breakfast was slow to prepare, there were no towels after cleaning the room, and the coffee was not filled, which was inconvenient, but the location and garden are worth recommending.

It is one of the few 5-star hotels in the south of Mauritius, but unfortunately the overall level is lower than that of 5-star hotels in other areas. I would rate this just under par for what we expected Was quite expensive and staff were a bit snobbish at times Service was not very good, asking far to many times for a very basic request.

Dear Heritage Villas Team, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the seventh time meanwhile. The service was perfect as always, especially Stephanie, who was always there for us and fulfilled our every wish. We'll be back next year!

The villas are superbly decorated & serviced & have all the amenities of any modern home. The beauty of this experience is that you also have access to two world class hotels with restaurants with amazing cuisine. All the beach experiences coupled with the 2 awesome golf courses provides a superb experience not easily replicated anywhere in the world.
