We’ve just spent a day at the Awali Resort and i must say we’ve been impressed by the generosity, hospitality and energy that this place has! The management team was 10/10, very responsive to our needs and organized everything perfectly, from the lunch table to the bday cake and drinks!! A special thanks to Mr. Saint Nicolas, whose vibe and passion made the whole day! Cannot recommend enough, we would have definitely enjoyed staying at least 7 days but we were on a cruise so unfortunately we had to return onboard. See you soon!

Tried this resort after hearing so many good things about it from friends and families and we were not disappointed! My partner and I had an amazing weekend there. From the quality of food and drinks to the service, we only had good things to say. Staffs were extremely caring and kind. We were on an all-inclusive package and therefore we had the privilege to dine in the à la carte restaurants as well as enjoy many activities. Everything was amazing! We only wished we could have stayed longer.

As we were returning guests we had high expectation. It did not disappoint us. Another amazing trip very relaxed and wonderful staff and fabulous food. Your house keeping needs a tad help and the sheets were not changed even after putting the please change bed in the sheets. Under the bed needs a good clean and the kettle is very dangerous as it boils over. The iron doesn't work. You promote the spa and they asked us to fill out extensive forms yet the physio lady didn't read them. We therefore cancelled our next session as it seems they were not competent. The nail lady was also not a qualified beautician. Yet you charge expensive boutique packages. We were promised a late checkout at the cost of £120 and planned our final day around that commitment. Yet we were told at the last minute it was now booked out. However, regardless of the few tweaks we loved it and may return for a 3rd visit in the future.

We had an unforgettable Christmas at Heritage Awali, and it's truly a perfect family resort! The staff went above and beyond, greeting us with smiles from morning till night. A huge shoutout to Nicholas, Oliver, Shivam, and Pavan for their exceptional service. The staff at the spa were incredible, had some of the best treatments there.

The special Christmas Eve dinner was a highlight, featuring a guest chef from France who truly outdid himself. The evening was magical, and the dishes were absolutely amazing. We're still raving about the experience!

I have to commend all the staff on their friendliness and for going beyond our expectations at breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The drinks were amazing and our bar men were always on point.

The one hiccup was we wished was a little better was the turn down service and the cleaning of our rooms- it got better towards the end of the week, but initially had to keep calling for our room to be cleaned.

Other than this the place was beautiful, we also had amazing weather which was a plus.
I loved that the hotel was not overcrowded.

We will definitely be back.

We had such an incredible time during our stay!
Everything was just perfect from start to finish.

The food was absolutely excellent - every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The drinks were delicious and the atmosphere made it easy to just relax and enjoy every moment.

What really stood out to us was the staff - every single person we interacted with was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It made us feel right at home. Throughout our entire stay, there wasn't a single thing that went wrong or that we would have wanted done differently.

Thank you to the whole team for making our stay unforgettable. We can't wait to come back!

What a superb setting! It was a little paradise. The staff were excellent, super friendly and very helpful. The food was great and there were a couple of restaurants as well as the buffet restaurant. There was plenty to do there.

Towards the end of the holiday the bathroom goodies weren’t being replaced as much and the towels were slightly rough but that was my only concern.

We had the most wonderful time staying in the lovely Awali . All of the staff and everybody there are incredible. They made us feel so so special. We had the lovely 100 candles dinner one evening and Luciano the waiter was so helpful. Friendly and made the evening so special.
