This is exactly the mail i sent them 2 weeks ago which they never find it important to reply!!!! Att:Ms Kimi Khuttur Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally share feedback regarding my recent stay at your villa. The purpose of this email is not merely to complain, but to highlight certain issues that, if addressed, could significantly improve the experience for future guests. Firstly, upon arrival, there was a noticeable lack of proper guidance regarding the location of the restaurants . No clear information was provided about where the restaurants were situated or the kitchen closing times. As a result, when I requested a simple portion of chips for my children, I was informed that the kitchen was already closed, which was disappointing given the absence of prior notice. Secondly, during dinner service, the restaurant was scheduled to open at 7:30 p.m. We arrived at approximately 7:45 p.m. and had already begun serving ourselves when a staff member abruptly asked us to leave our plates and stop taking food. Her approach was rude and unprofessional, which made the situation uncomfortable and embarrassing. In addition, during our stay, the toilet in our room was clogged. We reported this issue and requested assistance, but despite follow-ups, no one came to address the problem until our departure the following day. Furthermore, while dining, we discovered a fish bone in the crudité salad, which raised serious concerns regarding food safety. Although the Chef de Cuisine offered an apology and the Event Manager personally came to apologize as well, the incident itself was quite unsettling. While I appreciate the apologies extended by your staff, I believe these matters deserve attention at a systemic level. This feedback is shared with the sincere intention of helping your villa enhance its service standards and ensure a smoother, more pleasant experience for future guests.
