A nightmare. The booking description doesn't match reality. Three stars is too many. At least one. This is a disgusting guesthouse with prices way too high for what it offers, even if Madame Eliana claims it's the cheapest hotel in Belle Mare. Let the pictures do the talking!

The description in the booking doesn't match reality. There were rusty iron bars on the window. I've never seen anything like it! Both the room and the bathroom were filthy. There was no closet. I only found a niche in the wall with four hangers and a curtain drawn over it. No hairdryer. No kettle... Three stars is too many. At least one. This is a disgusting guesthouse with prices that are way too high for what it offers. Let the pictures do the talking!

Below expectations compared to the photos here. A truly poor breakfast, consisting of slices of bread with jam and peanut butter. Yogurt was available, but they used the same block of ice to keep it in the refrigerator for the three days of our stay, and it had almost completely melted by the time we left. Fruit was not received on the last day. The owner's apologies for these and other inconveniences (there were 11 of us) were inconsistent and insistent. The only typical dinner was significantly inadequate for what we paid. Dirty rooms, bless the dirtbag, were not cleaned because some rooms did not have dual keys. The owner's dog and his forest gang kept us awake for the three days of our stay. A group of 11 people were also categorically dissatisfied with how the owner/correspondent organized our tours. There are better alternatives in the area for less or the same price. Enjoy the island vacation you deserve! But not here.

We rented a car there. Excellent service: picked us up from our hotel 2 km away for free, and also returned the car for free. We returned again. The owner is friendly and reliable at all times. He speaks English, French, and Italian.

It's worth the money, the days flew by, the staff is very polite and pleasant, breakfasts and dinners are good, there is a magnificent ocean nearby with stunning beaches and a very large park, in the park there are flying foxes in the trees and a lot of beautiful birds

This place is horrible what’s worse is the host refuses to give me my refund. I had to cut my holiday short and book flights back home due to the run down place. There’s no hot water, no blankets and you sleep with cockroaches. I have reached out multiple times requesting a refund and the owner refuses to give back my money. I will not recommend anyone to use this place. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behaviour from the host. She fails to do the right thing I have raised the concerns and left the least she could do was give back my money. They are thieves!!!!! Yes if you go to a supermarket and return the goods they will give you a refund. Similarly I didn’t stay in your run down place you should give my money back!

This place is run down, there's no hot water no blankets and you sleep with the cockroaches. It was so disgusting that I had to change flights and leave. The host refuses to give me a refund although I didn't stay she is a thief stole my money. She is also rude When engaging with her, wait for her response to prove how she is refusing to give my money back and justifying her run down place
