This place is horrible what’s worse is the host refuses to give me my refund. I had to cut my holiday short and book flights back home due to the run down place. There’s no hot water, no blankets and you sleep with cockroaches. I have reached out multiple times requesting a refund and the owner refuses to give back my money. I will not recommend anyone to use this place. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behaviour from the host. She fails to do the right thing I have raised the concerns and left the least she could do was give back my money. They are thieves!!!!! Yes if you go to a supermarket and return the goods they will give you a refund. Similarly I didn’t stay in your run down place you should give my money back!

This place is run down, there's no hot water no blankets and you sleep with the cockroaches. It was so disgusting that I had to change flights and leave. The host refuses to give me a refund although I didn't stay she is a thief stole my money. She is also rude When engaging with her, wait for her response to prove how she is refusing to give my money back and justifying her run down place

The presentation on the booking does not correspond to reality. The window had rusted iron bars. I have never met anything like this before! Dirt both in the room and in the bathroom. There is no wardrobe in the room. I found only a niche in the wall, with four hangers, over which a curtain was drawn. There is no hair dryer.There is no kettle ... Three stars is too much. At least one. It is a bitter guesthouse with rates that are too high for what it offers. Let the photos do the talking!

Special thanks to the owner mr vishal so friendly the staff are so nice and welcoming Room is neat and clean spacious and comfortable The pool is so clean and well maintains Highly recommend for couple's My favorite place ever food is so delicious Small village mini supermarket shop's And mostly lucky the small dog

Certainly cheap but certainly the standards of cleanliness and comfort are insufficient to the minimum required for a tourist facility (cockroaches, no change of sheets, disconnected handles and taps etc...). Furthermore, a place isolated from services of all kinds (restaurants, buses etc.. ) so you are bound exclusively to the structure (except for taxis which fortunately circulate frequently during the day with honest prices, but are difficult to find in the evening). With a few euros more per room you can certainly enjoy structures more suited to the standards of European tourists so as not to ruin your holiday in the name of minimal savings (which Eden Villa recovers on the application of expensive internal dinner prices, taking advantage of this exclusivity in the area). Furthermore, it does not have a sea view, which is instead accessed from a public and dark external road, and the small internal swimming pool is unacceptable as it is dirty and not maintained.
