Room was clean and the front desk staff was nice and welcoming and also responsive to small requests we had like topping up the coffee and sugar sachets etc. We did not try the food. Location is very convenient for 1st day or last day of stay in Mauritius as it is just 1 km from the airport.

Very convenient stay near the airport with comfortable rooms, clean facilities, and courteous staff. Perfect choice for an early flight or last night in Mauritius. Smooth check-in and great breakfast experience.

The hotel is right across from the beach, and you can see the sea from the balcony. I fell asleep to the sound of the waves every night. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided excellent service.

Their free shuttle bus could waited me even though my flight was delayed.

The hotel is very close to the airport, only 1 km away. If you don't have luggage, you can even walk there. The service staff are very enthusiastic and the service is very thoughtful.

Friendly staffs , ready to assist , breakfast menu should be alternated daily and dinner buffet at 2,500 Mauritius currency per each adult was quite high.

Staff was very nice, but the service was so slow, 10 minutes to order a beverage, 10 minutes for it to arrive. Usually took 3 requests. The same across 3 restaurants. For the money you spend, just the worst service.

Friendly Breakfast Staff Zeenat & Maria gave a beautiful start to each day. Room was spacious and had a perfect view to the beach. The room service not changing used cups/glasses was disappointing.

Overall it was very good, and we were allowed to check in early!

I gave it four stars because it has a free child care center called The Nest. The hotel is very new, very close to the airport but far from the market. It usually takes more than 20 minutes to go out to eat. The beach is great, as is the pool. The gym also has yoga and tai chi classes. Breakfast is not very to our Asian taste~

Very nice beach hotel. We had all inclusive, the food was good, it was enough there. The beach is nice with sand and rocks. The current was quite strong, so I stayed close to the beach. They offer free cayak rentals. 👌. There is a public blue bay beach next to the hotel. It was very interesting to spend some time with the locals there.

We had a one stay with the half board package . Staff was fairly nice and they have an excellent location however there were cockroaches in the room and spiders in the shower and the towels were stained . It was noisy at night but that’s also because the airport is a few minutes away .The breakfast was ok but not too many options. Fantastic place to stay. The stuff is very nice and helpful. We had the deluxe double room with sea view and it's amazing. Very specious room and it is 10x cleaner and better maintained than other 3 star "resorts" that we have stayed in Mauritius on this trip. The location is very nice. Beautiful accommodation in Mauritius, very friendly and helpful staff here, the beach near by is absolutely perfect and usually quite quiet, I recommend this location, it had adequate facilities for our stay and the room was spacious and clean. The food at the restaurant was very interesting but delicious.

We have had the most amazing time at Tibambari. Everything is perfect and so conveniently located close to the airport, beach and local town Le Bouchon. Pool, cold beers, beautiful garden, comfy room... But best was the host family, their efforts to make us feel at home and connect us with the other travelers, eg via a common big breakfast in the garden every morning. Couldn't have been better...

quiet place for an unassuming vacation

Amazing views from our room. Seems like all rooms have Ocean views. The reef is just outside your room and the water is crystal clear, great hotel if you want to snorkel a lot. Basic rooms. Needs some updating. Nothing lux about that besides the *****views.

Exactly what we needed. After 24hrs of flying, Astroea was the perfect stop for 3 days. Staff were lovely, room was good, food was great and the beach/views were stunning.

It was pretty place But cleaning standard is not in high, floor is like outside floor but no slippers serviced. Strategically located accommodation. Food is not that great! but the locality is good for peace lover. WiFi signal is not that great but the staff are the best when it comes to offering service. I really appreciate their courtesy to offer me an accommodation after my check-out. Took a nice nap and shower before heading to Airport. The location is a big plus in case you wish to avoid the traffic.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay. If your after a relaxing atmosphere this is the place to be. The food is excellent and the staff are fantastic. Wonderful views from the beach and restaurant. Can snorkel in the hotels private reef from the beach. To any comments about being excessive wildlife, remember this is a tropical island not the city centre.

The hotel has no equipped parking. You will have to leave your car on the side of the road. There is no beach as such. There is a breakwater with steps. But when swimming from it you can step on a sea urchin. Also, sometimes you can feel the current from the waves and this creates an additional level of discomfort when swimming. Had a wonderful 10 day stay at Chantauvent. Behind the hotel is Blue Bay beach, one of the best beaches in Mauritius. Great opportunity to snorkel and see marine life. Some decent restaurants nearby and airport is only 10 mins away. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was in good condition

Nice place with a Wonderful atmosphere, you have some Restaurants nearby and the most important thing is that the beach is two step ahead... Located right on a small beach with spectacular view of the sea and the waves crashing over the reef. Close to blue bay public beach. The breakfast is simple but filling. The service is good and they would take care of most of your requirement. The eating options in blue bay is limited and public transport is also not regular Good place if you want to relax by the beachside

The staff is very kind and helpful. Especially appreciated was that we could move into a small room after checking out of our room, because our onward flight was very late. This gave us the freedom not to go to the airport at midday, when the flight was only at 22:40. Snorkeling on the little reef just in front of the hotel is nice, the coral are in better shape than at Ile aux deux Coco.
