This could be a fantastic place. The owners very pleasant. The chef was very accommodating. The food was excellent. The main room can be upgraded to a beautiful finish. Issues are not addressed effectively. The staff team was pleasant enough but Staff seems to talk more amongst themselves than looking after clients needs. Noise from airplane flying low but this did not bother us. Bathroom nice and clean but poor lighting. We asked for hand towels and had to ask again after 6 hours. Checking was 2 pm but could not checking until 3pm. Room was not ready. Complementory coffee and juice given while we waited. Bed and breakfast only. Meals not included as per booking methods. Parking on the road outside full most of the day however we parked inside the gates of the guesthouse which was good. There were fresh fruits in the room which was generous. Room was given a quick clean as stated.

We had a one stay with the half board package . Staff was fairly nice and they have an excellent location however there were cockroaches in the room and spiders in the shower and the towels were stained . It was noisy at night but that’s also because the airport is a few minutes away .The breakfast was ok but not too many options. Overall it was an ok stay for one night but they could improve a lot .

Located in a gated community, this place has a number of nice features. Maintenance is, however, lacking in a number of areas. Shower door was missing, and using the kettle required unplugging the fridge or light. Water pressure was quite low at times. Locks and handles on many things didn't work or were missing. Basic cleaning was decent, no complaints. Except for areas of wear. The outside of the door had been partially painted but the inside was grimy from years of use. Service was friendly but sometimes lacked critical information. Yes, you can get dinner, when the chef is working, but you need to reserve before 3pm. That little tidbit about 3pm had not been communicated. Location is great for being so close (50m) to the beach. Do note, the hotel is directly under the take-off path of the main airport. I didn't have an issue with this as it isn't a major hub. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from including fruits, breads, pancakes (european style) and a tasty omelette. The courtyard with pool is a relaxing place between flights.
