My mother and I visited Mauritius this December and chose to stay at Villa Normada. I’d like to highlight the very convenient location — close to a supermarket, the beach, and various amenities. The room itself was spacious, with a bathroom, a balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything inside was very clean; housekeeping was done daily, and the villa staff were attentive to our requests and wishes, which was really pleasant. Our overall impression was entirely positive. If we return to Mauritius, we will definitely stay here again.

Best 2 stars hotel I ever visited, Super good location near to the beach and restaurants everything you need, the owner Ms Ruth are so kind to let us stay 3hrs more without charge when the room is still available because our flight is in late night; housekeeper Ms Emilie is very professional cleaner, always does proper job and provide all necessary toiletries without asking, very organised. the accommodation has been really comfortable, definitely we will come back again.

There is no place better than this. I am happy to come here with my little baby for the second time. The wonderful team that works here creates maximum comfort and joy of staying. And the rooms are clean and cozy. The location is very convenient.Thanks to this place for another comfortable vacation. Thanks to the lovely kind Ruth. Thanks to the man who works at the reception at night, he is also very kind and friendly. Thanks to the cleaning staff for doing their job perfectly. The noise! If you like blasting music; screaming, undisciplined children; and ignorant families who yell at each other from all over the property, then, between the direct neighbours partying all day (10:00 am to midnight) for three days straight and the ignorant guests yelling at each other from all over the property, as if it's their private estate, Villa Narmada is the place for you!

You'll also be content if you feel "security" means a wide open front lobby door at 1:30 am and the "guard" (the elderly grandfather of the owning family) fast asleep on the sofa, such that I just walked in and past him without waking him at all. (I mean, Mauritius is a very safe country. But, still, other places have gates and alert attendants.) The safe in my room was also an ancient relic, the instructions for which were impossible to understand. At least the closet had a lock and key.

Otherwise, sure, the furniture is second-hand, but, the cleaning staff do a dilligent job, everything worked, the pool was well maintained, and management was friendly.

The staff is very kind, each and every one of them. Maybe not too swift in replying the emails, that has to be improved, for sure. The structure is in a great spot, 5 minutes walking to many restaurants and to the beachfront, however it is pretty quiet given the fact that it is located in a secondary alley. The room is huge and has all the facilities for cooking, if you want to dine inside, and it had a lovely patio with pool view where you can chill out. Breakfast was nothing special but anyway was good and did its job. The room was cleaned every day, but definitely not thouroughly, they could do a lot better on that aspect. I had hair both in the shower and on the kitchen floor (and I'm balding, so I dare anyone to say it was mine!). The pillow cover was stained from the beginning and never changed. And please, provide at least one little soapbar or something to shower...I get that this is a cheap accommodation (and I always bring some emergency stuff), but a hotel soapbar costs pretty much nothing and makes every guest happier.

Great place! All I think is missing is hair dryer for hair, a bigger bed and then laundry room to do laundry. Also, better lighting in rooms will be useful if you like to do makeup. Other than that, great stay😊Definitely recommend this place! People super friendly and helpful!

Room is okay can improve on property and amenities but overall like the place next to super u and only minutes from the beach ! Ideal for a weekend to keep your stuff and to have a proper bed to sleep after partying all night !
