Not recommended. Basic thing like drinking water is not avaliable in the rooms. They do not give complementary water. No slippers and shorts in the restaurant. Food order Wait time is min 30mins.

Definitely not the best I have seen... Carpets looked they're in need of a serious clean. Overall - the place is in need of attention.

This is one of the best located hotel.......Right in front of hotel you have Quatre Bornes Central Metro station, a bus stop almost to each point in the country, a cab point.....a market....one super market, mall and what not.......Indians will like it because it has Indians Restaurant and two very good Punjabi Restaurants nearby.
Thanks to Mr. Ajay.(manager), who guided us....and helped us with everything. Best staff they have.

Great cooperation especially I asked for pure vegetarian food for 10 days. Food were being delivered to my room. Extra mattress was given and placed on the floor upon my request.

Please do not book at this hotel. They are robbers do not part with any money until you see your room. Online it showed nice rooms, pool, spa, wellness center and others. I arrived tired and they told me that they had no pool spa or wellness center. I asked to leave and they said that I needed to pay because my reservation was confirmed. I asked if I could rest first then call the travel agent to sort things out. They refused and said i had to pay. I paid and when I went to see them the next day to cancel the room they refused. My room had mould in the roof and bathroom. Ants and cockroach was in the bathroom as well. I reported all of this and they still wouldn't refund me. You are miles away from the beach and just stuck in the city. They eventually offered me 50% back off a 10 day stay that I had remaining. I had already stayed 4 days trying to sort things out. I've done nothing in that time because I've been too stressed out. I eventually called the police who told them to call the manager to come and sort it out. The manager never arrived and said he would come the following day. Leaving me waiting all day. Please avoid these thieves it's been absolutely hell. This was a dream holiday and has been spoiled by them.

There are no slippers, toothpaste or toothbrushes that a hotel should have, and it is still far away from Port Louis... It is misleading to say that it is only 200 meters from the city center (it turns out to be the center of Xiaozhen), which is really wrong!

Staff is excellent just a bit noisy and too close to the market parking is not close have to walk at night out side the property is not to safe just need to be conscious

Hotel is located near quatre bornes so the metro is nearby, hotel staff is very cooperative and friendly. Some maintenance is going on but then it is for the betterment of the hotel. Everything is nearby shopping, coffee, pizza. We tried Mauritian food that was really good From my side overall raring is 4 out of 5

The food it's not bad, too oily though , some places were dirty but the worse of all unfortunately the staff lack of manners, specifically when its about the food . It was supposed to be a great hotel and yet its not,very very disappointing

Not the healthiest of foods to have, but it is alright as a one off meal now and then. Varied menus and affordable, service is quite fast.

It's right on road St Jean and easily accessible. Upstairs there is a spacious area to sit. It's full glass at end which opens up to St Jean road down. You get a good view from there.
