My room was clean and spacious with good air con. The location was perfect, opposite a stunning beach. The food was absolutely delicious. All the staff - cleaners, reception and waiters/waitresses were so friendly and kind. Had such a lovely staff. I travelled on my own and they all made me feel very comfortable.

A good hotel for its price category. Small, clean, and conveniently located in the heart of Flic en Flac. Bars and restaurants are nearby, and the beach is just across the road. Overall, the stay was positive. The breakfast is simple and without any frills, but everything is fresh.

I had an amazing full body massage at the Manisa Hotel and couldn’t be more satisfied. The masseuse was very professional, kind, and attentive, making sure the treatment was perfectly suited to my needs. Every movement felt well balanced and deeply relaxing.
The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, allowing me to completely unwind. The massage helped release tension throughout my body, and I felt refreshed and relaxed afterward. You can truly tell that the masseuse is highly skilled and passionate about her work.
Thank you to the masseuse for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend her and will definitely return.

A lovely hotel right on the amazing seafront.
Rooms are basic, but equipped with a good shower/bathroom king-size bed 🛌 😴 plenty of space for your belongings and a safe for your valuables.
Free WiFi but not great in rooms.
Breakfast is continental alongside a choice of eggs/sausage/beans. Fresh fruit is a must especially the 🍍.
Staff are so helpful and courteous, nothing is too much for them.
A bonus is the Indian restaurant attached to the hotel, which serves good food.

A pretty good three-star hotel. The rooms are dated, but clean and have everything you need.
The room overlooks the greenery and the pool. The staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and varied. The hotel's main advantage is its location. The ocean is just a short walk away, and there are plenty of cafes nearby. I stayed here for a couple of days while on an excursion and was very pleased with everything.

This hotel is one of the most budget-friendly options. We checked in quickly, and our room was on the ground floor. The room had a wide bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows, a wardrobe, and tea and coffee were left daily. There was a kettle, but no water was provided. The room was well-lit. The shower and plumbing were old, but there was always hot water. Beach towels were provided. We only had breakfast, but there were no vegetables at all. Fruit options included apples, pears, oranges, watermelon, and pineapple. The hotel is close to the beach. The grounds are very beautiful, but there are a lot of coconuts on the palm trees, and they fall. The hotel staff was very friendly. We rented a car for the entire vacation, and there was always parking. The WiFi was good. Overall, the hotel is not bad; they could add vegetables to the breakfast menu, remove the coconuts from the palm trees, and replace the showers and plumbing. There are also a lot of cats on the grounds; if you go, bring cat food.

Staying here was not among my first choices but at the end I wanted to have a little experience to see the difference between a 5 star and 3 star hotel. As there should be always a first time.
The pre arrival experience blow me away. Manuela did a wonderful job .
She did the maxi to assist me with my request.
The room is so well equipped that for the first time I never call the reception to request for amenities.
Everyone is friendly.
The lady at the breakfast is good asset for the hotel. A one woman army .
It is a very quiet place .

Our stay at Marisa Hotel on 11 No.2025 to 13 Nov 2025 was disappointing. The experience didn’t match my expectations, especially considering the cost. The room felt poorly maintained, and several comfort details were missing. They didn't even welcome you properly and nobody to carry your luggage.Customer service also fell short—responses were slow, and issues took longer than they should have to resolve.
The location itself is fine, but the overall experience just wasn’t worth it. I had informed the receptionist on my arrival around 18hrs that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday, and I expected at least a small gesture to make the day feel special. Unfortunately, they couldn't do anything not playing a birthday songs as i have not informed them earlier. But at least they should have wish him during check in. When we went for dinner, I even spoke to the waiter and politely asked if they could play a birthday song to make the moment special.I got a nice respond from him. He played the music while serving the dessert. I must thank the waiter and specially Mrs Amrita who were genuinely kind and polite to us. Their warm attitude was the only positive part of our stay and the receptionist who was working during check out.
It felt like a missed opportunity to show basic hospitality and care for their guests. This lack of attention left us quite unhappy, especially since birthdays are meaningful moments. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for anyone celebrating a special occasion, as the lack of attention and hospitality was very disappointing.The room wasn't well maintained and cat roaming everywhere.I expected a much smoother and more welcoming stay. I hope the hotel improves, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t return.

- Arrived with 2-3 other tables occupied, was welcome to sit down but was NOT advised they did not served their Chinese menu anymore until after we tried to order 3 items of that particular menu. This menu change should have been advised to us on arrival and/or indicated in the menu somehow but nope.
- Slow service. After ordering 4 dishes with 3 other tables occupied (this made the restaurant look almost empty at that time) it took 45 mins for the food to come out. Waiters also appeared over overwhelmed as the restaurant filled up for dinner.
- Food was ok but not to the level of 45 mins to wait by any means. Beef was ordered to be medium but was more well cooked than anything. Luckily it was tender.
- Their rhum arrangé does not come served with fruit so if you're expecting it to be served as such don't bother. If you just want the 'perfume' of a fruit then by all means.

If you love tasty and delicious food then please for God’s sake avoid this place. You will regret coming here. The food is terrible, never similar to their menu. The menu makes you want to order widely but you will be disappointed by the result. The drinks are quite simply out of this world. Ordered a mojito and it tasted like vodka.
