******* offered dog friendly room, which was more expensive than normal room. When registering, hotel staff indicated that dog friendly room does not include pet fee, so they charged an added cash fee.
Room was clean and the staff very nice and helpful
Very old. Needs renovation and maintenance urgently.
Loved everything. Great staff and great location
Everything was good I just wanted to say the shower faucet didn’t work properly.
I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay.

Very nice hotel close to Walmart, shopping mall, movie theater and more.
Room was very quiet and clean. The gym was small but perfect
Needs update floor coverings and improve cleanliness of common areas
My wife and I spent a delightful three months at this hotel, which felt less like a temporary hotel stay and more like a luxurious home away from home. Our penthouse suite on the 7th floor was spacious featuring a large bedroom, a large full bath with dual sinks, tub and shower, an additional full bathroom, and a comfortable living room/den. Additional amenities such as a fridge, microwave, and our...
We were very pleased with this hotel overall. The staff were friendly and kind, and they helped us with all of our questions. They let us check in a bit early, since our room was already ready, and it gave us more sightseeing time in the city center. The taxi services that they contract with are excellent. It is a 20 minute drive to the center of town, and the driver told us some of the history...

The only thing I may add, is that the room was very cold at night and the sheets were to slim. I couldn't chance the temperature of the room make it warmer.
Nice people, room wasn’t very clean, sheets were clean everyday. Walls, floors, phone, desk were pretty gross. Also shower didn’t drain water fast enough, smelled like sewer in room.
Room was very clean
Great location
Love the breakfast
Gustavo is an excellent employee- always attentive and remembers me every time I stay there.
The room is very clean and quiet, the location is also good …..
The location is very good, the price is moderate, there are large shopping malls and sports fields nearby, very convenient
Very nice hotel and really convenient location to visit the city centre. Wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Design of the parking lot is a bit strange. A bit difficult to maneuver and park in certain spots, but still very convenient. This is the second time I say here and will definitely be staying again next time I visit the city. Highly recommend this hotel in terms of Value for Money...

No refrigerator in room. Towel service did not include wash rags
Room walls aren't the greatest. My neighbor had music going. -- white noise machine works wonders though.
Overall not too far from downtown and Texas Road House.
Their system was down to make keys and properly check reservations. Had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room.
Would stay again but...
Room was good and clean, however, they only left coffee the first day, when i called to requeat more for the rest of the stay, they said they had no more.
No bottle of waters in the room and I had to go on the hallway to get water from a machine.
They only had half of a toilet paper roll and only put a new one last when i was about to leave.
Towels were old, and only the day...
checkin was a nightmare. Only one person, a very disorganized group and had to wait for a long time for a 3 minute checkin.
the rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable
but the property is in the middle on nowhere, so if you dont have a car is complicated to get to places.
Need lot of improvement in food
Breakfast is not having much options and there was no identification for dish also. Lot of mosquitoes are roaming around the counters also.
2nd day one dish was supposed to be sweet as day 1 but it was sour. They simply removed the dish with no replacement.
Also order pasta and pizza that also not up to the mark of Domino’s
Make a written complaint at reception during...

Nice place with a gym but you can hear other guests ****** *** on other rooms. Not well isolated.
The stay was very good, I recommend the hotel 100%.
The hotel was very quiet and the staff very friendly; the facilities were in very good condition.
As always, great.
Good service.
Very clean.
The restaurant staff was excellent, especially Veronica.
Quick check-in.
The food was good.
The service was excellent, and the restaurant downstairs was nice.
The quilts and sheets in the room were clean, the waiter was nice, and answered all questions. The dining instructions were accurate, and parking was free, and you could drive directly into the backyard. The backyard was quiet and safe. However, there were still some small cockroaches in the bathroom, and the remote controls for the air conditioner and TV in the room were missing.

Every time I go to Mexico I have such a great time in the hotel. It’s just part of the experience
I was not offered any VIP benefits, despite staying here several times, and I have informed the front desk every time that I am supposed to receive VIP offers.
The hotel is conveniently located near Route 57, which makes it suitable for business travel. However, the restaurant experience was disappointing. I was directed to a clean table, but it felt like they weren’t expecting any guests—no utensils, no menu, and no staff around for quite a while. Most of the team seemed to be gathered in a corner, not attending to the dining area. I finally decided it was...
The rooms are ok .. but the finish of them is a little underwhelming, loose floor tiles ,water damaged wood surface . The wifi speeds are slow when working . Room keys failed everyday and was a constant pain . There were some good staff . But after the first week I stopped using the restaurant. Wrong orders ,slow service and if I asked a question I was met with a stern "what's my problem " ? I asked...
The hotel is located right on i57, which is an excelent location to tour all of Querétaro. It has great room service, it's clean and the restaurant has a large variety of food and drink to choose from throughout the day.
Elegant, clean. The location by the highway is not my favourite but I guess it might be convenient for some.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hidalgo the location was perfect. The food was delicious and affordable. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Querétaro.
Staff is friendly, I was able to check in 2 hours early, room was clean, its been my 1st choice to stay every time I'm in Querétaro, will definitely come back
The room was great very clean the staff was very helpful. Super convenient location
Look, the bathroom is very small, the shower doesn't close properly and all the water leaks out when you shower, the balcony door isn't sealed and you can hear everything from the street, and the TV didn't work for two days; I had to tell them twice before they finally came to see what was wrong.
Very nice hotel right at the center of the historic center. The restaurant served delicious food at a good price. Hotel and restaurant personnel were so nice. Will definitely come back to this hotel.
The room was very nice, and had very comfortable beds. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. The building is filled with colonial charm. The location is excellent. All the sights of Centro is right outside your door. Everything was very clean.

Nice place to stay, I liked the breakfast and rooms are in good conditions
HAY MUCHO RUIDO POR QUÉ AFUERA HAY UN ANTRO
All good little noise from outside but nothing serious
Overall it was good for the price. The bad things. The air conditioning was not working on the room, a technician come and check it, and notify there was no solution. After some hesitations, he reluctantly offer a second room, and the air worked on this one properly. The towels were in really bad shape. The hotel need to renew the towels desperately, they are rotten and old. The breakfast was ok. ...
The hotel very good, ******* not good, they refuse to provide an invoice acceptable for mexican taxes
Considering the cost, overall it was great. The one thing that was inconsistent, that I really needed, was the wifi service. It was very slow, and much of the time was spent 'buffering'. As I only stayed overnight, it wasn't a life or death issue, but it would have been nice.
Pretty good if you are a single person or are traveling with friends but I don't recommend it for family vacations or children. Doesn't have private parking
It was good experience. If you are looking for a place just to sleep, then this is the place. The price is really cheap compare to other hotels in the area. It lacks of some services, such as water during dawn, and a parking lot. They give you some solutions to this issues, though. I think if you are a young person is a good place, however if you are looking for a full-night's sleep then it would be...

The location of the hotel was within a few blocks of the Historical District. Many cafes and other restaurants surround the property. The nightlife around the hotel does create some noise at night, but nothing we couldn't "drown" out with our sound machine on phone. There is yoga offered and a spa...
Spacious and clean room. Great service from Valet employees.
Clean room, staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast is included but very poor, only fruit, cereal, toast bread and coffee. I think they can do better on this. other than that the place is on the center of the city for you to walk all over to the plazas.
very nice boutique hotel with valet parking. newly renovated so the room & bathroom are very clean.
Attentive and friendly staff making you feel welcomed to the hotel. Walking distance to plaza de las armas and many other local eateries and shops. Room was good size and comfortable. Pleasant environment, relaxed atmosphere. Definitely looking forward to returning! Thank you Dos Patios for your hospitality!

A truly unique experience. Staying here is like stepping back in time thanks to its impeccable colonial style and period furnishings. What stands out most, besides the stunning decor, is the absolute cleanliness in every corner of the room. It's difficult to find a place that keeps pieces of this style so well cared for and immaculate. Highly recommended!
I loved it. It was a great place to truly relax. There was no noise, which was a huge plus. The rooms were spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and had a jacuzzi. The facilities took you back to another era. The only drawback was the shower water was lukewarm, but the jacuzzi water was hot, but that didn't take anything away from this hotel. 100% recommended.
I liked the area with good accommodation and good transport service.

Wonder staff and perfect location with private and secure parking.
Excellent location with on-site parking.
In the center of old Queretaro it was convenient and walkable. The property has maintained its old world charm. Very clean, staff are friendly and ready to meet all your needs!
The room and bathroom give a very good impression of cleanliness upon arrival. The floor in the room looks clean, the towels are white, and overall it looks good.
Good stay
We were very comfortable at the hotel. It's not luxurious, but it has everything you need for a good stay.
Good location
It was in a great location. They were close to the zocolo in the central histórico district. There was off street parking that was safe and secure.
For the bad, there was no air conditioning which I knew about however I was supposed to have a ceiling fan. Only had a pedestal fan that was loud. Also our only window was to the enclosed courtyard so it never cooled off even though the night...
We reserved a balcony view room for a mother-daughter trip and were surprised that the hotel and location exceed our expectations! The hotel has beautiful wooden panels attached to the balcony windows and we used them at night…they worked wonders in blocking off the city noise. 5 stars for our experience at this...
Our favorite hotel to stay the staff is super nice and accommodating, and you can’t beat the location right in the central of everything downtown. Love it here
nice place, only discomfort the church across the hotel, the Bell ring every hour on the hour, hard to have a deep sleep, even using earplugs. 😒
The room was very clean and modern and the hotel was fairly quiet. There was a lot of activity happening in the downtown area, but the hotel is insulated enough from some of the noise. You heard some, but not a lot.
Noise from outside and inside the hotel was unbearably loud. The hot water faucet came off while I was in the shower and shot hot water in my face. We mentioned both to the front desk associate and she seemed to not really care. No offer of compensation or an apology. I doubt we will return. Arrival was good and the hotel is super convenient, but this was a disappointment this time.
The staff were very helpfull and the room was as expected, the building boasts grand hallways and high ceilings.

Beautiful charming place with great amenities and location. Enchanting architure and great buffet.
this hotel is in a great location but the floor was not clean in our room, the linens were not that great and we had bugs around our sink area. its in a great part of town and the staff is nice but its a 2.5 hotel at best.
Super quiet and convenient. Lovely upgrade for us on arrival that was a nice surprise. Spotlessly clean and comfortable bedding. We will be back.
This was an okay stay, I’ve had better. No breakfast included where other hotels do offer this. No hot water one day. The staff did try to make experience better but unfortunately a little to late
The hotel is beautiful, we got the room with a jacuzzi inside and we loved it, the staff is really nice, attentive and available with a smile at all times. Highly recommend, thank you!

Very convenient to everything via walking. Close to lots of beautiful churches
Room was clean and staff was great.
The chapel, the aesthetic of the hotel was amazing and the convenience of walking everywhere but just walking out into downtown Queretaro was amazing
The hotel is astoundingly beautiful. It is a step back into history, stone staircases, tall ceilings, decorative painting, period furniture. Stained-glass ceiling.
But it is not a modern hotel, and several aspects were lacking. One of our party had trouble with nternet part of the time. Few outlets for charging. The shower sometimes was tricky. It is an :"event" locale and one of the nights the...

Room was very clean and the staff was so friendly. Great budget option in the heart of Historico Queretaro. I would definitely stay here again!
Clean room. Comfortable. Great location. Staff was pleasant. There was not a lot of seating in the courtyard. Main complaint was the lack of consistent hot water. Pretty cool during the evening and taking a hot shower was important to us.
Beautiful bright and cheerful hotel in the old town. It's located on a quiet street, just 5 minute walk to most central locations. Lovely decorated room and pretty lobby.
My room was on second floor with a balcony, sunny and with a lovely trees view of the inner courtyard.
Bonus- Great Cuban restaurant 2 doors away, make sure to try it!
The only thing I'd change is the hotel might need to increase...
Everything was good! The only thing there’s no breakfast.
Lovely little hotel right in downtown on a quiet street. Parking is a couple blocks away - I would call first so they tell you where it is, then they give you a ticket at the hotel so there’s no cost. There’s a fantastic Italian restaurant on site, it looks unassuming but the food was incredible.
Overall a reasonable small hotel with limited facilities but very clean.

I had a lovely stay at Casa Santiago. The rooftop restaurant had delicious food with a great view. It was conveniently located near restaurant and coffee shops.
Close to the center and close to many cafes and other restaurants. Also very close to an artisan art alley (good for souvenirs)
The hotel’s decor is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable and the location is excellent
The hotel had a strange banging noise at night, almost like a pipe hitting the wall. It was pretty distracting and made it hard to sleep.
The worst part is that the front desk already knew about this issue and never mentioned it.
Aside from that, the room was nice enough and the hotel was in a great location.
Place was very nice and clean, only downside is the walls are a bit thin and you can practically hear everything. But if you’re a heavy sleeper you should have no issue. I would stay here again.

the hotel is ok, nothing fancy, the staff is nice but I did have a very bad experience when asking for the invoice of the hotel, Angeles was really rude, I had to ask a numerous number of times for it, and when I finally got it it was wrong the first time, everybody else where nice. Great place to stay, clean, kind and attentive staff and service. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and I recommend it, it's the second time I stay there!
Good location/price but I wouldn’t stay there again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends/family. The room door, was heavily damaged with visible holes and a chunk missing right near the lock. Furthermore, the shower drain was severely clogged, causing water to pile up and drain very slowly, and the grout in the shower had an unsanitary, reddish color.
