Good location for my visitings locally! I have been in this hotel for many times.

The service was great, nice hotel, the room was clean, and very big... the only inconvenient: our tv was broke but we reported it and the manager change us to another room, so it was perfect. Great stay.

Facilities: Complete, including a coffee maker. The bathroom was also nice, with ample water for a good shower. The mattress was comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard. Cleanliness: Very clean, though the coffee maker seemed a bit dusty, as it hadn't been used in a while. Environment: Parking was very convenient. Service: Okay, very helpful, and the breakfast was also good.

I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The personnel was very nice, attentive to my needs. The room was spacious enough, good water pressure, good amenities. The area was not noisy at night, the included breakfast was very good. All great experiences, at a very affordable price.

******* offered dog friendly room, which was more expensive than normal room. When registering, hotel staff indicated that dog friendly room does not include pet fee, so they charged an added cash fee.

I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay.

Everything was great! The food was delicious, I would like to mention a member of the staff. Mrs. Coni who works at the restaurant. She was so helpful and kind, we traveled with our son with special needs and she was just amazing!! I definitely would love to stay there again.

Loft room has plenty of space. Elevator stopped responding to room key cards to go up but we could still use them down. Service was grear and friendly, were able to change our room easily.

The environment is good and the location is okay if you have a car. The hotel is a little outdated but the bedrooms are still okay and comfortable. We stayed for a week. Nothing much to complain. Service is good. The only negative thing is that we could hear the noise coming from the hallway and even from other bedrooms.

Everyone was so nice, especially the Saturday night staff and gerency.

The only thing I may add, is that the room was very cold at night and the sheets were to slim. I couldn't chance the temperature of the room make it warmer.

Nice people, room wasn’t very clean, sheets were clean everyday. Walls, floors, phone, desk were pretty gross. Also shower didn’t drain water fast enough, smelled like sewer in room.

Very nice hotel and really convenient location to visit the city centre. Wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Design of the parking lot is a bit strange. A bit difficult to maneuver and park in certain spots, but still very convenient. This is the second time I say here and will definitely be staying again next time I visit the city. Highly recommend this hotel in terms of Value for Money...

They're all pretty average, and there's nothing particularly bad about them.

I really liked the property and staff, but there were a couple of incidents, that is why I did not give it 5 stars. Fire alarm went off the 1st night, water temp in our room was up and down for 2 days, other than that excellent stay. Would likely come back.

The hotel's sanitation is average. The carpet on the floor is not clean enough and has a peculiar smell. The same is true for the room. The bedding is relatively clean. In addition, the breakfast is not very rich.

I knew nothing about Querétaro and spoke no Spanish. The location was near the highway so I could find it in the dark. The room is huge with queen bed, couch, 2 chairs, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker; free breakfast and attentive staff. They have been very helpful even tho I know very little Spanish and they know very little English. It is less than a mile from the historic district.

Room walls aren't the greatest. My neighbor had music going. -- white noise machine works wonders though. Overall not too far from downtown and Texas Road House. Their system was down to make keys and properly check reservations. Had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room.

Considering the cost, overall it was great. The one thing that was inconsistent, that I really needed, was the wifi service. It was very slow, and much of the time was spent 'buffering'. As I only stayed overnight, it wasn't a life or death issue, but it would have been nice.

This hotel was a great option if you don't mind taking uber everywhere. There really is no walkability here as you are next to a very busy road. A vending machine would have been nice or a small store. Other than those things it was a modern clean room

The hotel is located right on i57, which is an excelent location to tour all of Querétaro. It has great room service, it's clean and the restaurant has a large variety of food and drink to choose from throughout the day.

This hotel is in good condition since it’s an older hotel. The king size room was very small compared to other hotels. Bathroom was small too. All clean.
