Cleanliness: Very clean, though the coffee maker seemed a bit dusty, as it hadn't been used in a while. Environment: Parking was very convenient. Service: Okay, very helpful, and the breakfast was also good

The service was great, nice hotel, the room was clean, and very big... the only inconvenient: our tv was broke but we reported it and the manager change us to another room, so it was perfect. Great stay.

Facilities: Complete, including a coffee maker. The bathroom was also nice, with ample water for a good shower. The mattress was comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard

I loved that we were on the 1st floor and had a pool view. We really enjoyed our stay! For the restaurant, you could choose either the buffet or order from the menu

The pool is warm, and the jacuzzis are nice, but very understaffed and people overstay the hot tubs and don’t allow people to enjoy them

Beautiful hotel! We stayed here for a competition in the area and the hotel was really nice! We utilized the pool, gym and the restaurant inside the hotel. They even had a nice park for the kids to play

The windows can be opened, which is rare. The service is very good, the environmental facilities have nothing to say It's just that the road is being repaired at the door, and it seems that there is always a traffic jam

Hospitality here is great rooms were clean and the breakfast amazing. Traveled here for work and enjoyed happy hour on the patio and dinner 2 nights. Outside grill is worth staying in for.

They let us check in a bit early, since our room was already ready, and it gave us more sightseeing time in the city center. The taxi services that they contract with are excellent

Carlos, the restaurant captain and pool bar manager, was outstanding and provided excellent hospitality service. Also Sunday’s breakfast buffet, the carnitas tacos where amazing.

******* offered dog friendly room, which was more expensive than normal room. When registering, hotel staff indicated that dog friendly room does not include pet fee, so they charged an added cash fee.

That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay

Grand Hacienda and Pickleball We played in a pickleball tournament onsite, so the hotel was a great choice. Rooms are a bit outdated, but the grand hacienda style is amazing

Everything was good I just wanted to say the shower faucet didn’t work properly.

This is a great classic. If you’re looking for a colonial type hotel, you’re in place. Location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the resort or have a transportation.

The only negative would be that it's a bit corporate and things get dropped along the way, but I guess that expected since it's part of a large organization

Nice hotel and amenities. The only thing I would like to improve are the game station because there are only tree games and one of them without internet.

Very clean and cute hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff and a huge variety with breakfast - even eggs made on the spot! Loved our stay.

The only thing I may add, is that the room was very cold at night and the sheets were to slim. I couldn't chance the temperature of the room make it warmer.

Nice people, room wasn’t very clean, sheets were clean everyday. Walls, floors, phone, desk were pretty gross. Also shower didn’t drain water fast enough, smelled like sewer in room.

A bit difficult to maneuver and park in certain spots, but still very convenient. This is the second time I say here and will definitely be staying again next time I visit the city

Most of the team seemed to be gathered in a corner, not attending to the dining area. I finally decided it was better to take an Uber and go somewhere else. Breakfast the next morning wasn’t much better

Wrong orders ,slow service and if I asked a question I was met with a stern "what's my problem " ? I asked for a pen or a straw seemed like a big issue ? Room service was perfect and that's only part that was

who ever thought to put the hotel on that part of the highway and then give you one entrance and exit was mad. quick trip the supermarket means a 15 to 20 mins drive to get back to the hotel

but the finish of them is a little underwhelming, loose floor tiles ,water damaged wood surface. The wifi speeds are slow when working. Room keys failed everyday and was a constant pain

The room was very nice, and had very comfortable beds. The restaurant downstairs is excellent. The building is filled with colonial charm. All the sights of Centro is right outside your door

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Hidalgo the location was perfect. The food was delicious and affordable. I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to Querétaro.

After some hesitations, he reluctantly offer a second room, and the air worked on this one properly. The towels were in really bad shape. The hotel need to renew the towels desperately, they are rotten and old

The room and bathroom give a very good impression of cleanliness upon arrival. The floor in the room looks clean, the towels are white, and overall it looks good.
