The only negative would be that it's a bit corporate and things get dropped along the way, but I guess that expected since it's part of a large organization

The inspection activities are in the south, and the transportation time is long, which affects the time for inspecting the city and visiting the cityscape

The environment is first-class, in the northern suburbs of the city, the surrounding environment is not good, and it is a bit far from the city center

Beautiful hotel! We stayed here for a competition in the area and the hotel was really nice! We utilized the pool, gym and the restaurant inside the hotel. They even had a nice park for the kids to play

I loved that we were on the 1st floor and had a pool view. We really enjoyed our stay! For the restaurant, you could choose either the buffet or order from the menu

The windows can be opened, which is rare. The service is very good, the environmental facilities have nothing to say It's just that the road is being repaired at the door, and it seems that there is always a traffic jam

Hospitality here is great rooms were clean and the breakfast amazing. Traveled here for work and enjoyed happy hour on the patio and dinner 2 nights. Outside grill is worth staying in for.

I went to this hotel to work meetings and the salons and the sttafs attention was excellent. We also ate in the restaurant of the hotel and the buffet was varied and so delicious

The breakfast at the hotel restaurant varies depending on who is working e. one day it was fantastic, the next it was barely mediocre. The hotel and restaurant are both pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for us!

The hotel itself could use some sprucing, but the location is right across the street from a mall with a ton of restaurants and a gourmet grocery store, so it's worth it

The hotel's breakfast is average, but there are still a few good dishes for dinner. The room space is small and the bathroom facilities are not convenient enough. The front desk service is average

Grand Hacienda and Pickleball We played in a pickleball tournament onsite, so the hotel was a great choice. Rooms are a bit outdated, but the grand hacienda style is amazing

Hotel has passed his best times and might be a little old regarding furniture and decoration. But is clean enough, reasonable priced and at a perfect location to walk through downtown Queretaro

Felipe is the bestest of all the waitresses in this town, he walks the extra 10 miles to make you feel welcome and important, he is awesome

Hotel located in an industrial area View of a cement plant, a coca cola factory, and a concrete plant, and located next to a very noisy dual carriageway, plus the pollution! The breakfast coffee machine is always broken

After some hesitations, he reluctantly offer a second room, and the air worked on this one properly. The towels were in really bad shape. The hotel need to renew the towels desperately, they are rotten and old

A cool place to stay, comfy unique, if you are looking for a nice looking place with a rustic mexican touch, definitely this place is a Must, i would recommend the double room for friends/couples since the single one is quite small is more for 1 person even the bed is for 2

The lobby area and beverage is located outside and feels like a garden to chill and kinda romantic at 1-3 am if you can't sleep. Adding some nightview photos of the place

Great location! Can’t beat the location. Parking is not that far and 24hr hour access available. Only disclaimer is you are at city center so expect to hear the church bells early in morning

Property is in the heart of the centro histórico. Rooms are clean and well kept. No significant noise despite being centrally located. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The Historic hotel was built in 1825, fortunately it's been updated and is a great place to stay while you are in Santiago del Querétaro

OBC Perfect location. They have a free shuttle but it’s a 5 min walk from the airport to the hotel. I’ve stayed there several times

A strong Yes. A beautiful old quinta right smack in the center of Queretaro, walking distance to all the historic center, very attentive service, reasonably priced, plentiful secure indoor parking. Highly recommended.

Is like staying and traveling to a time in the past. Gardens and property are breathtaking. Loved how the light of dawn woke me in the morning. I will definitely return and stay for a longer visit

It was very close to shopping and dining and parks. The parking lot makes it convenient when being picked up by friends and family.

Breakfast is awful but the room is ok

The room are big enough for a week in town, very clean, smell really nice, the bath room has an odor dispenser so it keeps the smell, has two papers, it’ comes with two towels, has shampoo and soap with olive scented, as a mirror

The windows have these huge double contains to block the entry of light so you can really rest. It has two fans wish are enough. Has an small tv enough for single bed

Inexpensive, it’s a great deal. You can walk to all the tours and have a view to the park from the balcony. The lobby it’s very nice with these huge bright chandelier

There are many hotels in the city, but this one should be your first choice, the environment is relaxed and cozy, the facilities are clean and well designed

The staff is friendly and courteous, answering any questions, they offer a wide array of services as well
