Good location for my visitings locally! I have been in this hotel for many times.

The service was great, nice hotel, the room was clean, and very big... the only inconvenient: our tv was broke but we reported it and the manager change us to another room, so it was perfect. Great stay.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Courteous staff

Facilities: Complete, including a coffee maker. The bathroom was also nice, with ample water for a good shower. The mattress was comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard. Cleanliness: Very clean, though the coffee maker seemed a bit dusty, as it hadn't been used in a while. Environment: Parking was very convenient. Service: Okay, very helpful, and the breakfast was also good.

I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The personnel was very nice, attentive to my needs. The room was spacious enough, good water pressure, good amenities. The area was not noisy at night, the included breakfast was very good. All great experiences, at a very affordable price.

Clean room, clean shower, but flooring needs updating. It smells dusty and old. The breakfast buffet is good, but very overpriced. The location is not that close to centro historico. Don’t expect to walk there easily. The pool is warm, and the jacuzzis are nice, but very understaffed and people overstay the hot tubs and don’t allow people to enjoy them.

Breakfast is amazing, staff are phenomenal. Highly recommended for business or personal travel !

I would appreciate it if you could mention that you have a 3-for-2 promotion instead of just charging for all the spots. It feels like the full service wasn't offered to me.

Hallways need upgrade. Carpet, wall paint and since each hall have a security door it causes lack of ventilation and smells like humidity

Beautiful hotel! We stayed here for a competition in the area and the hotel was really nice! We utilized the pool, gym and the restaurant inside the hotel. They even had a nice park for the kids to play. I loved that we were on the 1st floor and had a pool view. We really enjoyed our stay! For the restaurant, you could choose either the buffet or order from the menu.

******* offered dog friendly room, which was more expensive than normal room. When registering, hotel staff indicated that dog friendly room does not include pet fee, so they charged an added cash fee.

I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay.

This is a great classic. If you’re looking for a colonial type hotel, you’re in place. Location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the resort or have a transportation.

I do not recommend this hotel if you like coffee in your room (the machine didn’t work) or a clean bathroom. There were fairly big hairs on the floor and where you put the soap in the shower, the water stunk, and there were rust stains on the floor. The vibe was absolutely blah all over this hotel. Blah.

I will be very frank and objective, the stay is good, the staff service is excellent, the facilities are good, but the bed is terrible, terrible in capital letters, to the point of sinking without any comfort in it, and that does not allow you to rest, which in general is the primary objective.

A business class hotel, with good service in general, in an acceptable business location, across the street from the large Antea Mall. The value is high compared to other options in Queretaro, and even though it's a new hotel with a Pool and Gym, its value is high against similar options, even at locations closer to the city. Breakfast was very good, and again, good service by the personnel.

The service was excellent, and the restaurant downstairs was nice.

The quilts and sheets in the room were clean, the waiter was nice, and answered all questions. The dining instructions were accurate, and parking was free, and you could drive directly into the backyard. The backyard was quiet and safe. However, there were still some small cockroaches in the bathroom, and the remote controls for the air conditioner and TV in the room were missing.

This is decent place if you plan just to sleep, it's on the south side of the city, rooms are small.

The room was okay. The hotel was okay. A couple points I didn’t like are: I was charged $1850 pesos for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Come to find out if you get a DiDi ride yourself it would have been $600 pesos at the most. Not cool for the hotel to charge that much when they know it doesn’t cost much. I didn’t like the pool. The place is very well located, and the common areas are very nice. The rooms are fine, but the bathrooms are too old. The management needs to pay attention to these details. Very nice hotel and really convenient location to visit the city centre. Wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Design of the parking lot is a bit strange. A bit difficult to maneuver and park in certain spots, but still very convenient. This is the second time I say here and will definitely be staying again next time I visit the city. Room walls aren't the greatest. My neighbor had music going. -- white noise machine works wonders though. Overall not too far from downtown and Texas Road House. Their system was down to make keys and properly check reservations. Had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room.

I was not offered any VIP benefits, despite staying here several times, and I have informed the front desk every time that I am supposed to receive VIP offers.

The hotel is located right on i57, which is an excelent location to tour all of Querétaro. It has great room service, it's clean and the restaurant has a large variety of food and drink to choose from throughout the day.

Look, the bathroom is very small, the shower doesn't close properly and all the water leaks out when you shower, the balcony door isn't sealed and you can hear everything from the street, and the TV didn't work for two days; I had to tell them twice before they finally came to see what was wrong.

Considering the cost, overall it was great. The one thing that was inconsistent, that I really needed, was the wifi service. It was very slow, and much of the time was spent 'buffering'. As I only stayed overnight, it wasn't a life or death issue, but it would have been nice.
