This is a great classic. If you’re looking for a colonial type hotel, you’re in place. Location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the resort or have a transportation.

Went for a team dinner, great place and good food. Pity it was raining when we got there.

I do not recommend this hotel if you like coffee in your room (the machine didn’t work) or a clean bathroom. There were fairly big hairs on the floor and where you put the soap in the shower, the water stunk, and there were rust stains on the floor. The vibe was absolutely blah all over this hotel. Blah.

I will be very frank and objective, the stay is good, the staff service is excellent, the facilities are good, but the bed is terrible, terrible in capital letters, to the point of sinking without any comfort in it, and that does not allow you to rest, which in general is the primary objective.

What I liked the most was the safe parking. We had a lot of stuff and we felt save leaving the truck in the underground parking lot.

I went to bed with an empty stomach. They told me at the front desk and also on written note that room service ended at 20:00 because it was New Year’s Eve, perfectly understandable, however they didn’t mention that kitchen will close one hour before 8:00 PM. I called for room service at 7:30 pm and nobody answered, came down to the front desk at 7:40 to complying and didn’t have any suggestions, reward...

Nice hotel and amenities. The only thing I would like to improve are the game station because there are only tree games and one of them without internet.

Very clean and cute hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff and a huge variety with breakfast - even eggs made on the spot! Loved our stay.

I have to say, my experience at the Ramada Encore hotel was outstanding. I've stayed in several hotels in Queretaro, but this one stands out as the best. The staff is friendly, the hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is absolutely amazing! I will definitely be returning to the Ramada, and I highly recommend this hotel. The room was okay. The hotel was okay. A couple points I didn’t like are: I was charged $1850 pesos for transportation from the airport to the hotel. Come to find out if you get a DiDi ride yourself it would have been $600 pesos at the most. Not cool for the hotel to charge that much when they know it doesn’t cost much. I didn’t like the pool. It needs to be renovated asap. All the caulking around...

The place is very well located, and the common areas are very nice. The rooms are fine, but the bathrooms are too old. The management needs to pay attention to these details. I wish I can attach some photos of the room, which is fine and has new furniture, but when it comes to the bathroom, it hasn’t been cared for in decades. The door is deteriorated, the sink and shower handles are from the '90s...
