Good location for my visitings locally! I have been in this hotel for many times.

The service was great, nice hotel, the room was clean, and very big... the only inconvenient: our tv was broke but we reported it and the manager change us to another room, so it was perfect. Great stay.

Facilities: Complete, including a coffee maker. The bathroom was also nice, with ample water for a good shower. The mattress was comfortable, neither too soft nor too hard. Cleanliness: Very clean, though the coffee maker seemed a bit dusty, as it hadn't been used in a while. Environment: Parking was very convenient. Service: Okay, very helpful, and the breakfast was also good.

I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The personnel was very nice, attentive to my needs. The room was spacious enough, good water pressure, good amenities. The area was not noisy at night, the included breakfast was very good. All great experiences, at a very affordable price.

Very clean, comfortable and peaceful hotel. The bed was very supportive and the staff very attentive. And the restaurant on site was amazing. Loved my stay!!

Place was great and the staff was on point. From check in to check out each staff member went above and beyond. I willl be back to this hotel for future business trips. Also they put real flowers with each room service tray. That’s the extra attention that pays off.

I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay.

Everything was great! The food was delicious, I would like to mention a member of the staff. Mrs. Coni who works at the restaurant. She was so helpful and kind, we traveled with our son with special needs and she was just amazing!! I definitely would love to stay there again.

Loft room has plenty of space. Elevator stopped responding to room key cards to go up but we could still use them down. Service was grear and friendly, were able to change our room easily.

The environment is good and the location is okay if you have a car. The hotel is a little outdated but the bedrooms are still okay and comfortable. We stayed for a week. Nothing much to complain. Service is good. The only negative thing is that we could hear the noise coming from the hallway and even from other bedrooms.

Everyone was so nice, especially the Saturday night staff and gerency.

The only thing I may add, is that the room was very cold at night and the sheets were to slim. I couldn't chance the temperature of the room make it warmer.

Nice people, room wasn’t very clean, sheets were clean everyday. Walls, floors, phone, desk were pretty gross. Also shower didn’t drain water fast enough, smelled like sewer in room.

Very nice hotel and really convenient location to visit the city centre. Wifi worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Design of the parking lot is a bit strange. A bit difficult to maneuver and park in certain spots, but still very convenient. This is the second time I say here and will definitely be staying again next time I visit the city. I really liked the room because it was very spacious, close to the center, and the breakfast was plentiful.

I do not recommend this hotel if you like coffee in your room (the machine didn’t work) or a clean bathroom. There were fairly big hairs on the floor and where you put the soap in the shower, the water stunk, and there were rust stains on the floor. The vibe was absolutely blah all over this hotel. Blah.

I will be very frank and objective, the stay is good, the staff service is excellent, the facilities are good, but the bed is terrible, terrible in capital letters, to the point of sinking without any comfort in it, and that does not allow you to rest, which in general is the primary objective.

I knew nothing about Querétaro and spoke no Spanish. The location was near the highway so I could find it in the dark. The room is huge with queen bed, couch, 2 chairs, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker; free breakfast and attentive staff. They have been very helpful even tho I know very little Spanish and they know very little English. It is less than a mile from the historic district.

The quilts and sheets in the room were clean, the waiter was nice, and answered all questions. The dining instructions were accurate, and parking was free, and you could drive directly into the backyard. The backyard was quiet and safe. However, there were still some small cockroaches in the bathroom, and the remote controls for the air conditioner and TV in the room were missing.

Room walls aren't the greatest. My neighbor had music going. -- white noise machine works wonders though. Overall not too far from downtown and Texas Road House. Their system was down to make keys and properly check reservations. Had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room.

Overall it was good for the price. The bad things. The air conditioning was not working on the room, a technician come and check it, and notify there was no solution. After some hesitations, he reluctantly offer a second room, and the air worked on this one properly. The towels were in really bad shape. Considering the cost, overall it was great. The one thing that was inconsistent, that I really needed, was the wifi service. It was very slow, and much of the time was spent 'buffering'. As I only stayed overnight, it wasn't a life or death issue, but it would have been nice.

A business class hotel, with good service in general, in an acceptable business location, across the street from the large Antea Mall. The value is high compared to other options in Queretaro, and even though it's a new hotel with a Pool and Gym, its value is high against similar options, even at locations closer to the city. Breakfast was very good, and again, good service by the personnel.

Look, the bathroom is very small, the shower doesn't close properly and all the water leaks out when you shower, the balcony door isn't sealed and you can hear everything from the street, and the TV didn't work for two days; I had to tell them twice before they finally came to see what was wrong.
