Upon arrival we couldn't check in because the receptionist did not speak a single word of English (or any other language besides Montenegran).
Then the next day there appeared to be a mistake with our booking and when we tried to correct it, they charged more money than the actual original price that was offered online. We even showed them the price of the room they offered on booking.com and they just denied that it was the price (despite looking at it...) and then charged us extra money and also downgraded us to a lesser room. They were actually mad at us for making a simple human mistake in our booking...
The breakfast was absolute garbage too, and there was barely any choice. The staff in the restaurant was also just creepy, staring us away from the table non-stop. Very uncomfortable.
Save your money and use it on some 1-star hotel, that would still get you a better vacation than this one.
The staff are extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming from the moment you arrive. They make you feel uncomfortable throughout the stay, especially during meals. You can’t eat in peace because the staff literally follow you around the buffet and then stand right next to your table, watching you as you eat. It’s invasive and completely ruins any sense of relaxation. And let’s not even talk about the breakfast—it’s a complete joke. They claim to be a ‘4-star’ hotel, but in reality, they wouldn’t even pass for 3
On top of that, they scammed us with the booking. We tried to correct a simple mistake and instead of helping, they took advantage of the situation and charged us unfairly. Zero customer service, zero hospitality. Never again. What a waste of money…
