Hotel Castello in Bar

One of the worst hotels I have ever been. Rooms were dirty, bedsheets and towels were dirty, old and full of wholes. They were more like rugs that something you want to sleep in. Food in the reastaurant was disgusting. The only drink you could buy, in the whole building, was coffee. No water, no beer, no juices. Don't go there!

Food is boring and many items inedible. Service is so-so.
Rooms are dirty, no AC, no WiFi in rooms.
Not as advertised at all.
Probably motel standards or 1-2 star hotel at max and even bad at that.

I would say around average, closer to below average but I'm satisfied with the choice of thw hotel. If you are looking for a place to stay the night over and then spend the whole time on the beach, the Hotel Castello is a good option for you.

Prices are affordable and breakfast & dinner are included in it. However, don't look for any 5* meals. Pizza or fish in restaurants is way better.

Rooms aren't the largest, (but 3 people can comfortably survive for a few days while they are attending a folklore festival LoL) and some of them don't have AC ( for example mine). What disappointed me the most is the bathroom. It looks nice and modern on the outside, but then you find out that the sink is clogged up, the door on the shower is missing and the water leaks in the 'emergency drain' in the middle of the bathroom. Maybe it's because of the language barrier, but the staff was not able to help us with these issues.

Showers are leaking. WiFi isn't stable. Little choice at breakfast but changing every day. They don't serve coffee. We stayed there on HB basis there was no choice - they served one soup, one main dish (portions were big) and a dessert. Stayed for 4 nights and towels weren't changed and rooms weren't cleaned. Big thanks to Marija who helped our group when we needed all kind of help.
