Novalic Hotel in Dobra-Voda

Please improve your room quality and the beach.
The place looks nice in the presentation pictures, but the reality is not the same.
Don't know anything about the food.
We canceled our vacation after 2 hours with full reimbursement.
The hotel has great potential, and I hope the owners will improve the place.

It was the worst booking experience ever! My booking was cancelled despite that there still were a few available rooms, without offering any other options. And very, very, poor and bad communication! 👎🏻 I can highly recommend avoiding this hotel. **** Jako ružno iskustvo. Otkazana rezervacija bez bilo kakvog drugog prijedloga, uprkos dostupnim sobama. Access in the night was all but safe or easy. The room was really stinky. The price was far from fair.

The location is falling apart completely. We have arrived earlier and one of the guys who is managing the hotel hurried to give us the rooms, and picked our passports. The first rooms that we have received were smaller that the one that we have booked. We went and talked to him and he promised us that we can get the rooms that we booked but only after a couple of hours and we agreed with it. After a couple of minutes he came and handed us the keys to our rooms. At the lunch time we were put to choose from 2 dishes, so no buffet as is presented. The food is terrible, we got some pasta, carbonara they said with boiled chicken and fried fish with potato salad, in the end I didn't decided which was the worst. We were 3 persons, 2 adults and 1 child and they bringed us food for only 2 persons. When we asked for the 3'rd portion they were looking strange to us. The entire location is neglected completely and they are doing everything to get a lot of money without investing anything : the playground for children is missing completely there is only a swing nest which is also falling apart, the beach is not cleaned and the water is full of alegea, the swimming pool for children was closed because it wasn't cleaned, the furniture is dirty and old, bed sheets are stained and almost broken, the bathroom door stays closed only with the key, there is a bad smell which comes from the swage, the Wifi is working only some areas. At the lunch we had 3 options : something called "vitamin salad" ( salad, cabbage, carrot and 3 olives dressed with mayonnaise), sassuage with dough and pane cakes. We informed the managers that we will leave the next day and they were not very happy arguing that they did everything for us and what we would expect from a 3 star hotel, in fact I showed him that the hotel is presented as being 4 star. I told him that I would like to get the things for what I'm paying and he says that for that price is not possible. In the end we had to pay for 1 coffee, 1 capucino and 1 beer, even if we had an all inclusive reservation. All in all every bad review is true regarding the location and you will not get the thing that are presented into the pictures because they are trying to be very cheap just to get a lot of profit.

Breakfast for 10 days over and over again, only 5+ should be served, the rest is 1 in the room is not fully equipped, no dishes, it smells like a septic tank in the bathroom, like a typical city restroom, the owner of the stingy, one watermelon for the whole hotel who first or better 🤨 shame I do not recommend, Beautiful beach but the sunbeds were not washed green neglected and it is a pity WiFi had to be for free and at the end of the trip it turned out that you have to pay, I did not pay because the booking was included in the price because the owner gave up the lack of a card menu with alcohol what you order, you do not even know for how much, while eating meals, the owners are sitting watching and commenting on who, how much embarrassment I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Until the last 3 years. while the hotel was run by Mr. Refko, everything was really like in the pictures. 3 years ago, nothing is the same. The bedding is already worn out, washed and torn, food is usually based on pasta with "white" or "red" sauce, yogurt that should be served as if from a bottle, thick and normal, watered down good for an enema, food in the garden on the balcony is served exclusively only for 2 tables so whoever gets there first and the others have to eat in the restaurant that has air conditioning but it never turns on, which means 100 degrees. There are a million TV channels, but all channels are Arabic and everything that was free in the hotel was available to guests in terms of entertainment at sea, such as board, rowing dinghies and other things, now everything is charged heavily, the trampolines are torn, broken and torn canvas and the children's playground no longer exists .
The less investment and the more income!
The decorative vegetation around the hotel is totally neglected and overgrown and everything is already slowly but surely deteriorating, all in all zero points.
