PURE FRAUD!!!
WE RESERVED A MONTH AGO IN ONE HOTEL, WE RECEIVED SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!!
VERY DIRTY, MOISTURE EVERYWHERE, AND UNCOMFORTABLE.
ON THE BOOKING IT SAID THEY HAVE WI FI WHICH IS NOT TRUE, AFTER 1 DAY WE MOVED OUT AND LOOKED FOR ANOTHER ACCOMMODATION. THE LADY DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN THE MONEY AND AT THE SAME TIME SHE URGES US. AFTER THAT, THE MONTENEGRO POLICE DID THEIR JOB WHERE I RECEIVED A 2/3 REFUND. EMBARRASSMENT AND SHAME!!!!! FOR THE CONCERNED MRS. THE OWNER OF FATA!!!!! HUMILIATION BELOW ALL LIMITS!!!!MUST AVOID THIS PLACE. FUJJJJ

We booked two rooms for 5 adults and they wanted to place us in one double room + another room with a small double bed and a mattress that is pushed into a hole made in the wall (full of moisture) with the excuse that by their mistake the reservation in the computer was canceled earlier. The hosts did not even offer to place us in another apartment or help us find a new one. After we decided not to stay in two rooms that we did not book, we did not receive an apology from the hostess. 👎👎 Horror and a warm recommendation to bypass this accommodation.

Villa Denna offers their guests rooms far different from the pictures,represented in the page booking.com. Our family was living at the last store,right under the roof,where we hadn’t any kitchen,our shower looked like a hole in the floor,that’s why water was always all around the bathroom(which was catastrophically small),furthermore,it was unreal to stand still in this shower,because the roof is very low.A jet of water was very weak,toilet had awful smell,that’s why room had the same enchanting aroma.Water is very dirty,you could not drink it if you want to stay healthy.When we arrived,a young lady from reception offered us help with our baggage,but a special person who should do this was not in his working place,so two of those girls helped us,but most of our huge bags we took by ourselves (remember on the 4 floor).A girl from reception took our passports,asked to pay all money for the rented area BEFORE a possibility to see the rooms.While last our days there we heard how foreign tourists reacted on living conditions.They made a scandal,as a result refused to live here.During the time spent there we caught illness(stomach virus), all members of my family had high temperature and other awful symptoms,after that we made a decision to leave faster.What is more,a lady from reception emphasized that almost half of the hotel have the same illness .We told,that we need our money back for 3 night that we should have stayed,they rejected.On the last vacation day in Montenegro in villa absolutely disappeared the light(+internet) and the water.Internet is very weak and villa don’t have separate wifi,so you connect with one from Royal Azur,where situated your kitchen and pool(it is on the other street).It was unreal to surf the net in the room,you should go outside on the terrace to connect in appropriate way.Furthermore,it is even hard to find this villa,because they don’t have any signs,after 1600 kilometers of the road it was extremely annoying and nervous surprise.After few days of living we saw one and only sign,which looked like graffiti on the wall,on which nobody even payed attention.If you know English it is not the guarantee that somebody will understand you,finding this villa is just a fortune.TV was not working and looked like accessory,a console from conditioners was one for both in two rooms,balcony was with chairs and table for children.It was very little,for adult is unreal to seat there.Stairs in the hotel are very dangerous for children,i felt from them and got wounds.I empathize,this hotel is family type.Walls are very thin,it is difficult to fall asleep because neighbors listening to the music and children are crying.As a conclusion,if you want to pay money for nothing,have stress,slowly killing your nervous system,lose your time and possibility to have a rest at least once a year-i recommend you villa Denna.Wish you all nice vacation and lots of luck:)
