Pros: The sea view from the room was magnificent, and the location was convenient. The room had everything we needed. Cons: The breakfast was very sparse, and there was no sign on the beach side, so it took us a while to find it.

The room we got was with the Best view. Great service. Breakfast was too good.. Only drawback was they did not offer us a heads up that hotel parking will cost us extra. We paid 10 EUR per day for parking. But in summer I think it would be 20 EUR per day. There is a short walk to a beautiful beach which was worth a visit! Beautiful, not crowded (maybe because we visited in december).. but anyway...

As a large family we stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 storey huge apartment, its size was impressive. Views from its 2 balconies were fantastic! Michelle and I stayed in Hotel La Mer from the 12th to the 18th September 2024. The hotel is close to all amenities - beach, shops and sea. We were looked after very well, given excellent information re coastal walk to Sveti Stefan and Budva, daytrips and restaurants. Lovely hotel overall. The rooms were clean and room service came in everyday. The hotel is so close to the beach you only need to walk 50m to get to the water. Staff was friendly and accomodating; made my birthday feel special. It's close to other restaurants and a 15 mins drive from the Old Town.

Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The place is quiet and calm. The apartments are large, bright and spacious, furniture and appliances at a high level. The house is new - an elevator, mirrors, intercom and other amenities are present. Recommend!

Beautiful room with stunning sea view. The hotel is lovely - new, clean, good small spa and breakfast buffet very good. BUT, the balcony was rarely usable due to the building works on all around the hotel all day and by next year the view will be much reduced. Such a shame.

I have been laid up with flu (caught on aeroplane) even though, the vacation was not ruined, room service at a charge of 5euro. With the beautiful views, it was not a wasted vacation. Only one room to the left no one to the right so quiet, lovely balcony, you do overlook the car park but so what. Fantastic stay at Hotel Katamare! The accommodation was spotless and comfy, the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with great variety, and the Budva location couldn’t be better. I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

I stayed here with my family in a corner apartment a few weeks ago and it was phenomenal. The views alone will keep me coming back yearly. Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y.o.!) olive tree, 100% worth seeing.
