Location is absolutely stunning. Literally built into the side of a rock. Room was very comfortable and had enough basic stuff to cook a meal with a full sized fridge/freezer. The best place I have seen in Rafailovichy and Budva. Fish and shrimps were delicious 😋! And homemade wine was something not from this planet. And atmosphere was like you at home.

Nice place, although I did not eat anything fancy, what we ate was very nice, there home made wine was the best we had in Montenegro. However, not the place to go to of you want to stay out late, we felt like we were intruding when it got to 22.00.

Lovely place, absolutely superb when everything around it is in bloom. Really good cooking, simple and tasty dishes. Love the service and attitude! And the prices are decent, perhaps even small for the volume and quality of the provided food! We enjoyed it a lot!

Food is really tasty and price is quite affordable. Restaurant offers a set menu for 6 euros: one of several main courses (chicken, veal or pork meat), soup and salad. We came here several times and every time meal was perfect. The size of one meal was so big that two sets were enough for three persons. The service here is provided in English, Russian and Serbian languages.

We took dorada, sea bass, Shopsky salad and 0.5 l of homemade white wine. All these costed 30 euro. Very tasty, though too much oil. Dorada has more tender meat. We also tried chorba soup and palachinki. Very good. Service is much better than in coast-side cafes.

The room is very new, clean, tidy, and well-equipped. It is also close to the beach. I especially want to praise the service. It makes you feel at home. This is a family of three who run this hotel with great care (in fact, their son is only 15 years old). The breakfast is also very good, parking is free, and luggage is delivered to the room.

Very good accommodation experience, everything is praiseworthy. Stayed for two nights on New Year's Eve. The room was very nice, with a small terrace for sunbathing, the food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. The triple room had a sofa bed, I don't know why this was not mentioned on the trip.

A good hotel in the center. Literally 5 minutes to the sea. Very friendly staff. The manager speaks Russian. The room is small, but everything is there, comfortable. Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain. There is a restaurant in the complex with decent pasta and pizza, at very reasonable prices.

What a great hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms are are clean and adequately equipped with a washing machine in the bathroom. There was good air conditioning throughout. Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning. Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y.o.!) olive tree, 100% worth seeing.

N Friendly Manager. But the rest of the staff were not service minded. Cleaning was just vacum cleaning and made up the beds every 3rd day. It took took long time to wait for breakfast. Many complaints from staff that the children should not play in the pool 😡 Very good aircondition 😊 In general a nice place - wich can improve the cleaning and more friendly staff.

Amazing apartments! Hospitable hosts. Convenient location - near the beach, shops, restaurant. There is parking. The place is very quiet, you can't hear your neighbors. There is a mini kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan. Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Absolutely amazing! Super clean as the cleaner cleans everyday, nice pool, great breakfast, good location, bus stop just 5 steps away and the owners were the most accommodating people I have met on a holiday! Really nice quite place with very friendly people. Will stay here again on my next stay! You need a taxi or car to go the beach but that's all well worth it. Restaurant is also the best I have eaten in Budva.
