In a quiet place and relatively close to the beach, the owner is extremely friendly, always available. The rooms are clean and spacious with large and comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

Beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. To the sea - 8 minutes of leisurely walking in a straight line. The place is quiet and calm. The apartments are large, bright and spacious, furniture and appliances at a high level. The house is new - an elevator, mirrors, intercom and other amenities are present. Recommend!

I give this hotel my biggest recommendations. Definitely value for money! We booked a room with a big balcony with shadow and this beautiful view over Sveti Stefan, Budva in the distance, and sunsets behind the mountains. View from the upper rooms is amazing. Clean. There is a nice cafe near by, also it takes just a few minutes to get down to the beach just by Saint Stefan’s island. The owners are very nice family, speaking English. Private parking and wi-fi also available.

The kitchen was well equipped, the balcony and the view was excellent. The bathroom was small and quite old and used. The lady at the reception was nice and kind and the owner was tolarent to our unexpected delay of check in.

The outside of this appartmentcomplex is very nice. Lots of flowers. Only because of the moist from watering the plants lots of musquitos. Rooms are very dated. The shower was more than 20 years old. The staff were so lovely and friendly and nothing was a problem. Vladimir was a wonderful driver and escort to dinner! One of the best ever I travel quite a bit internationally. I’ve stayed at many 5* hotels. This is one of the most memorable. The boutique nature of it means every guest is ensured a personalized experience. The staff is incredible. The room was amazing. The spa is spectacular. The restaurant menu is superb. This apartment has everything I needed to be comfortable for 3 weeks. I especially liked the large terrace with a big couch and a great view of the mountains and the sea. It is a short walk to the beach, down a hill, and less than 10 minutes drive to many restaurants, shopping and other beaches. The staff who helped me were professional as well as pleasant and helpful.

I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

Spotlessly clean and very well kept accommodation. Pool area beautiful with a fantastic view of the mountains and sea. Reception staff and cleaners lovely. There is no restaurant on site which is a shame. Having somewhere on hand to grab a drink or something to eat would of made the stay even better. Spacious apartment, equipped with everything you need, beautifully landscaped yard, large and well-kept swimming pool. One minus is that there is no cleaning service.

All recommendations for this apartment. We stayed here for 5 days and everything was great. They changed the towels every day and cleaned the apartment. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to the closest beach.

Excellent location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice pools. We particularly enjoyed the smaller pool, as it was nice and quiet, and the kids could swim on their own. Good shop nearby for groceries and we had a few meals in a local restaurant, which was within 10 minutes walk - nice balkan food and good value.
