Very bad experience – never again!
I arrived on August 15th and from the first day nobody cleaned my room, nobody even took the trash. I had to go to the reception just to ask for toilet paper, but almost every time nobody was there to help. The breakfast was terrible – they didn’t even have the basic things to eat.
The service is extremely unprofessional and very bad. I was forced to use the same towels from the beginning of my stay because nobody ever came to replace them. The sheets on the bed were also never changed. I went to the reception several times, but again, nobody was ever there.
This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Thank God I am leaving soon. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Good thing, it's relatively clean. That's the only thing. Towels were in fact missing, there was no parking spots, especially for motorcycles as there is no even ground. Break fast was mid at best, we end up eating in the city. Showers in fact flooding the room, there is also no holder for shower head making it even worse. Rooms on 3rd and 4th floor have so thin walls and doors that you can hear conversation through them. There are also doors with windows in them, so every time someone is walking by you are fleshed with a corridor light.

I don't think this place should be operating. They don't have shower screens or proper drainage so the water runs out of the bathroom into the room. Expect water everywhere. We didn't have water for hours, they said it's a city issue but it's not. They didn't have a hair dryer, kettle, bar fridge, lamps or any of the normal things you would expect. The tv is not connected to anything so no tv. They claim to have parking however they just have 5 spaces at the front which are full. The workers don't speak the local language so it's hard to communicate. Not sure how they are operating.

Horrible hotel, have a shower and the room gets flooded as there is no shower screen. No where to hang a towel in the bathroom, service desk girl had no idea how to fix our shower issue. No mini fridge, only one chair on the balcony, the tv has no working channels nor any streaming services, breakfast was horrible, no one speaks Serbian only Ukrainian and broken english, I asked for butter at breakfast and no one understood what I was looking for, parking is only 5 spots in front of the place so good luck getting a spot, horrible hotel never again

Very bad experience from the begging. At arrival there were missing sheets for one bed and it takes a while to come and check that are really missing. After then we notice that our balcony is the only one without table and chairs. When we asked to get them, they asked if we will need them…. and at the end we left for dinner and after returning there was only table, without chairs 😕
The next bad situation happened next morning when we run out of water in the room. When claimed, the answer from unprofessional receptionist was that we will get it after one hour. After that we left and will never return for sure. Even if we stay only for one night I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody.

The overall experience wasn't good ...the room ok but they didn't provide us with toilet paper and big towels...sorry but this is something that all hotels and even Airbnb rent houses provide ...Please be more friendly and do not look the customers with ironic look

A Week ago we had a Group tour to Montenegro and we stayed in this hotel unfortunately for us...the room that we stayed was clean and well prepared But after one day the toilet paper finished and we asked for it but they didn't provide us with some rolls ...in the end of the day the leader of our group went and took some rolls....
