This Hotel is among 3 worst Hotels I’ve ever been in to. First of alll they don’t accept credit or debit cards. They don’t have their own bar or restaurant. I payed for a breakfast and they just sent me some eggs and bacon,no coffe,no juice,no water …They didn’t even give me an option what to choose for a breakfast they just sent something randomly(i guess they ordered it in a fast food restaurant) Acces to the beach is across the very busy road so you have to be very careful when crossing…I mean there was nothing positive in this accommodation that i can mention..I booked 4 nights with breakfast but i had to check out immediately after the second night…I am shocked and amazed that something like this even exists in 21st century

We rested in this hotel with the whole family, 2 children (5 years old and 1 year old) and parents (65 years old). The hotel is not bad, but the quality of the service is very low. It is a pity that we have chosen it for the rest, we will not recommend it to anyone.

1. Upon arrival, there is no soap in the apartment, the dispenser is empty, there is not even a bottle of water. I understand that this is an apartment and we have to buy everything ourselves. But after the flight and the road, you want to be able to drink at least a glass of water, and not immediately run in search of a store to wash your hands with soap and water and buy water.

2. Breakfasts.
We chose a hotel with breakfast and it was extremely important for us. Moreover, with 2 children, you want to come to the sea early, and not waste time looking for a cafe or cooking. As a result, upon arrival, we were informed that the restaurant had moved out at the hotel and our breakfast was brought to us at 9 am - it was a bag with a disposable tray, in which only bread was edible. No coffee, no drink, not even water. It was just humiliating. We wanted to skate from such breakfasts, but the hotel did not go to meet us. As a result, we were left without breakfast, which we expected and paid for.

3. The road to the sea. The first line is written in the hotel description. Maybe the first one, but first you need to go through a bunch of stairs on the territory of the hotel, then cross the road onto which cars take off from around the corner and you are not particularly allowed at the pedestrian crossing, even with children. And then you still need to go through a large parking lot with garbage cans. Here you are at sea), perhaps if you do not have a stroller, small children and elderly parents, then this will not be a problem for you. But every day to do this path twice, with 2 children, to climb all the stairs in the heat of the stroller, bags with food and children was extremely uncomfortable.

4. The hostess of the hotel, Oksana, is very unpleasant to talk to. Apparently, she is absolutely not familiar with what communication with clients and service is.

The only thing we want to thank is Larisa, who met us. She did her best to do everything to make the hotel a pleasant experience. She is a very positive and pleasant girl. But apparently it is not she who makes the decisions.

We were in Montenegro for the first time and thanks to this hotel the impressions are very contradictory. A beautiful country, beautiful sea and a complete lack of service. So we will definitely not return to this hotel.
