This is my second time staying at this hotel, but the first time I was more satisfied with the room. This time, I had an apartment which offered average conditions, not very classy considering the price. The breakfast is simple but fresh.
I requested room cleaning several times, but it was done very superficially.
I was also negatively impressed by an incident when we asked for beach towels, as we had seen some guests take them from the hotel, but the receptionist told us that it was not allowed, except for those who speak directly with the owner — which makes no sense.
The private beach offered was very quiet and beautiful, except for the toilets, which were in a deplorable state — extremely dirty and unusable.

I booked a standard premium room at Hotel Domus in Shengjin through Booking.com, expecting the terrace as advertised. Instead, I was given a basement-like room with small ceiling-level windows, creating an unwelcoming and misleading environment. When I raised my concerns, the receptionist dismissed the booking details, and another staff member intervened rudely and aggressively, refusing to address the issue. For a room priced at $134 per night, this level of unprofessionalism and disregard for guests is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you value honesty, professionalism, and a pleasant stay.

Whatever I say is too little for this hotel. I went to the reception and asked 3 times to clean our room and they didn't even care. They left us with the same sheets, they never changed the towels and the behavior was unacceptable. The reception was ironic. If you want your mood to be spoiled, choose this hotel .

My Mother & Mother in law recently visited this hotel and had an excellent time. From the photos they sent, the hotel was very clean and beautiful. The staff were very friendly and accommodated any of their needs professionally. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a holiday trip!

We were pleasantly surprised by Domus Hotel! The room/apartment was large, modern, clean (even has a washing machine). The kids had a blast at the pool! The restaurant food was great, and their breakfast buffet was excellent. But the best part is the private beach! They shuttle you in these limo-golf-carts with music of your choice to a fantastic beach only 4 minutes away. There you will find: clean, soft sand, loungers and beds, food and drinks, even an adorable swing set in the water! The water is much cleaner than the rest of the beaches by the main strip and way less crowded. You gotta stay at Domus!

The hotel was excellent with all the facilities for a comfortable and cosy stay. Very clean and modern. The jakuzzi was a delight. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. The staff was friendly and made us feel at home without being invasive. 😍😍

Everything was well organized. Room was perfect, clean and very fresh. Staff was very friendly and are always thinking for ways to help. I enjoyed every meal of the day, kitchen did very tasty stuff, salmon was wow. Outdoor pool, very clean, you could open your eyes inside without problem! I have tried in different place but i couldn’t. We will come again and again.

Very nice staff. Very close to the sandy beach, approximately 150m. Spacious room and very clean. Sheet and towels changed every three days. Continental breakfast is very good. Parking lot below the building. Nice bar&restaurant. Food was delicious and really affordable. We were pleasantly surprised with everything. We will definitely come back.

We were at the beginning not very convinced, but the staff is very friendly, the service really good and the sea food linguini was extremely good! Just a bit of too mainstream music, but really can’t complain and would recommend
