It is not 4 stars. It is minus 4 stars. Light in bathroom was not working. Was waiting 2 days to fix it and had to ask for it two times. Cleaning staff do not know how to clean. I have to talk to receptionist and ask for cleaning the room. Fortunately tomorrow is the last day in here. Does not cost its price. Beach is too small. Whole beach is crowded with umbrellas I have to pay for. Stupid policy. Beautiful outside, but terrible inside.

What we tolerated at your hotel from September 1 through September 12 1. Late check-in at 16 2. Constantly leaking air conditioner which created a flood in the room. 3. The smell of sewage and mold 4. Dirt, poor housekeeping 5. Dirty, poorly cleaned dishes in the restaurant, as a result of which my daughter and I suffered terrible poisoning. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea. As a result, I did not eat in the hotel for 24 hours, and my daughter did not eat for 3 days. 6. And at the end - we were not allowed to extend the beach towels for a couple of hours while we wait for the transfer Your hotel does not respect guests and does not strive to do everything for a comfortable vacation. I will never come again and would never recommend to anyone. Shame Tetiana Momot. Ukraine

We stayed in Petrovac for a week. The personnel is nice, the hotel has three nice swimming pools surrounded by olive oil trees which provide natural shade. The balcony of our room had a beautiful view. The room itself and the bathroom was clean and we didn’t have any problem. The Rooftop Bar/Café has the best view from the hotel. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are coming to Petrovac.

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean. We stayed in the family room, which had 2 TVs, but neither had channels. The room itself is large and spacious, with two floors and two balconies. Hotel rooms echo through. When taking a shower, you also have to consider cool water, fortunately not always. The deposit for beach towels is 15 euros each, but keep an eye out because one of our beach towels was taken from the room during cleaning. It seems to be a money making place for the hotel. I can understand if we would have forgotten it by the pool or the beach. From then on, when we weren't using towels, we kept them in the closet. The food and drink is delicious, the service is good. The beach is nearby, the surroundings are worth exploring.

Hotel to avoid! Rude staff. The food is more than mediocre, the same things every week!. The exteriors are not maintained, the water in the swimming pool is green or I would absolutely not put the birds in it. Gym that leaves something to be desired, non-compliant equipment. Everything has to be done again. Hotel going into total ruin! Run away!!!!

In our circuit through Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro we arrived in Petrovac at Hotel Vila Oliva 4*. Here we were accommodated in a comfortable bungalow. The hotel has an great hall for breakfast and dinner. We were satisfied with the courtesy of the staff and the variety of the food. I can recommend this hotel to the people who come in this area.

I was in this hotel for 1 night and 2 days, all included, to see the service and quality of this hotel, since I often go to the Budva and Petrovac area on weekends for tourist groups. The rooms are not renovated, not well cleaned, the TV panel is not it worked, the food was not varied and limited, I asked for bottles of water and they didn't have them both in the restaurants and in the respective bars, and they had to fill the glass with water in the faucets of the dishwashers 🤨. And the most surprising thing happened when I was about to leave, they informed me that I would pay €8 for the car parking for 1 night and I told them but the parking is free and it's on the hotel website, you don't have to pay, I said angrily 🤯 so I paid the city tax and the parking where do they publish that it's free. Be careful, it's not free

This is a hotel to avoid. We had to beg for towels. The food was the same every day. We also had cockroaches(giant examples)in our room,we reported it to the reception and they just said they are sorry and did nothing about it. Room was dirty.

we visited the hotel in May and we really enjoyed it because it was not crowded, so we could use all the facilities to the maximum, although I know that Petrovac is very crowded during the main season. I would especially single out the wonderful complex and swimming pools, the food is satisfactory. The children's playgrounds were a great help to us!

The hotel is not very expensive and it's reflected in the offer. Rooms are relatively up to date but degraded badly with humidity, so in some rooms the smell is bad. Food and drinks are passable. The choices are not multiple but you can always find something decent. I would not recommend unless you are traveling on budget and not picky. Then it can be an interesting option with decent pools and near the beach.
