Very welcoming hotel, clean, well located and amazing staff

We stayed here 14-21 May and found the hotel exactly as expected room was nice and large , everything worked maid service every day, breakfast was everything you could want. The gym was well equipped , Sauna / Steam rooms pools all included, the location is ideal really close to the beach front full of nice restaurants are favourites were Cantina and Medittaraneo , really recommend a stay here.

We had a great stay. Wonderful large room, junior suite, clean and large balcony, bath tub and separate shower, powerful shower. Bed large and comfortable. Room 310,Kettle provided but no cups or teaspoon included, had to get from restaurant. Kitchen needs removing and room updating, it is not a self catering apartment.

This was the second time I am staying at this hotel, again as a conference participant. The entire experience is great: Position, quitness, SPA and pool, service and last but not the least important: food. Especially breakfast that is sumptous buffet-style.

Hotel looked great from the photos but is a little tired when you get close up. Whilst clean and tidy it could do with some repairs to bring up to scratch … leaking taps, scuff marks on the walls. No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Breakfast plentiful if a bit predictable by day 3. Reception staff very helpful but restaurant staff looked so unhappy. This hotel was ok but not good.

At first glance, a nice hotel, close to the center. However, at second glance, it's a bit worn. The carpets in the hallways and stairwell are noticeably dirty. The room and bathroom are generally fine, but there are a few dirty spots, especially in the bathroom. The balcony faces a concrete wall (about 1-1.5 meters from the balcony door) with no real natural light, and the breakfast is okay but nothing...

Simple but clean hotel near the beach and with a beautiful pine forest behind it. Very quiet location. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are simply furnished, clean and quiet structure. Adequate breakfast. The only flaws are the presence of carpet on the stairs and the lack of an elevator. Limited parking but the owner is available to manage the spaces by organizing the parking of the cars

Lovely hotel on the edge of a forest. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Lovely clean room with balcony and all amenities. Breakfast was nice each morning and plenty of it. Hope to return in the future

A beautifully run hôtel with the most charming staff. Also because of its position, moments from the main promenade, it was several degrees cooler. A simple but charming hôtel, I felt very at home and incredibly safe.

Hotel is not the newest one and rooms facilities are a bit outdated and after their prime time although well maintained. In my opinion altogether the value for money is great. Location is exceptional. Almost can’t be closer to the coast with lovely old center of the town with restaurants. On the other hand very quiet since it is a dead end street for traffic and the beginning of hiking sightseeing...

It is very cozy and pleasant hotel, you would like to spend time here. The staff are very polite and helpful. The location is very favorable for recreation: very close to the forest and the beach.

My room, although at the rear of the Hotel was a nice size and well appointed, it had a balcony and had excellent views of the mountain range behind the town. The service from all staff was excellent and the meals had a choice for everyone. It is difficult to fault the hotel and the excellent guitar player playing easy listening music in the evenings an added bonus

We stayed at Hotel Ami as part of a Riviera Travel Tour. Our room was on the second floor facing the sea. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The bed was a massive queen size and very comfortable. A massive 24 foot balcony with wonderful views. There was a kettle and teas/ coffee etc. We got free milk from the bar downstairs. The buffet breakfast and dinner provided a vast array...

Not 5 star or even close Pro's -Room is nice, ours was alot smaller than expected but decent views -Spa area clean and tidy -Coffee and ten available at dinner Con's -Food isn't that of a 5 star not even 4 star, pizza, over cooked pasta very limited choice and very repetitive. Go bed and breakfast only if you are staying -No dress code...I don't mean it needs to be high class but beachwear at dinner...

The hotel is very good, the customer service is 5 start. When we arrived the room was not ready they apologised and gave us a room upgrade. They organised transport for us so we could go to Albania for a day. Rooms were well cleaned and tidy we even had chocolate left on the bed for us. The location is perfect for transportation and to get to the beach. The bell boy was also very pleasant and helpful...

The sea view room has a nice view, it is almost the highest hotel around. The hotel breakfast is normal, the continental breakfast is not bad, and the bathroom glass is very clean.

Nice, relatively new hotel in Petrovac. Breakfasts are great. There is a supermarket downstairs. Great villas on the sea and islands.

Modest rooms. Quite enough for guests who are not demanding. Great and helpful staff. Internet, clean. Much better than in many European accommodations. Recommendation!

Very good service, cozy atmosphere, rooms good.

Total nice living. External staircase to the rooms. A little noisy blow around the road to the center. You won't get much sleep from six. Each room has a terrace to which the residents of the adjacent rooms have access. To the sea about 0.5 km and to the beach, promenade, stalls, cafes, restaurants, services. The bus station is 2 minutes away. 5 minutes to the shopping center.
