Description
The Villa is beautifully landscaped, cozy and comfortable, ideal for family holidays and for those who want to escape from city life. Near the Villa there is a small grocery store and fruit shop, 50 m – a couple of good restaurants. This Villa provides a full hotel service, but at the same time, guests feel as comfortable as at home. The Villa itself has a cozy atmosphere, and the owners and staff are very welcoming and attentive to guests. The descent to the beach is by stairs.

Location: in the resort town of Sveti Stefan, 8 km from Budva, 30 km from airport Tivat, 80 km from Dubrovnik airport.
Only 15 rooms. There are non-Smoking.
Consists of one 3-storey building.
Beach: public small pebble beach and 150 m from the hotel (2-coastline). On the beach umbrellas, sun beds: free. The beach is 810 m.

House is about 200 m from the beach. There is a market near by, There are few restaurants around and bus station is about 100 m from the house. We can offer transfers from airport / Tivat, Podgorica or Dubrovnik /, railway station to Sveti Stefan as well. The Island of Sveti Stefan with beautiful beaches is about 300 m from our place. If you like walking there is Milocers park with its beautiful trees.
Located in Sveti Stefan, Levantin Inn Rooms & Apartments provides 3&4-stars accommodation with private balconies. Featuring a garden and small swimming pool guest house has air-conditioned rooms with free Wifi, each with a private bathroom. Each room has a balcony with views of the garden or sea.
Room is equipped with a fridge, a kettle, a bath, a hair dryer and a wardrobe, safe. There is restaurant on the ground floor where we can serve breakfast for 6,oo E per person.
There is a private parking place in front of the building and it is free of charge. The nearest markets, shops , restaurants, bars, bus station, pharmacies, beaches etc are 10 min walking walking down the hill.
There are lots of nice beaches in area round but you are supposed to use a car or boats which are available nearby.
There are lots of nice walking pats by the beaches. Beaches are part sandy or rocky.
Budva is 10 km from the accommodation, while Kotor is 35 km away. The nearest airport is Tivat, 39 km from Levantin Inn Rooms & Apartments, and the property offers airport shuttle service. Also we provide excursions on different places such as Skadar lake, Lovcen mountain, Monastery Ostrog, Tara canjon etc.
