Food was amazing! Girls were really kind and nice. Let our baby dog to stay and we really felt welcome and like at home. Great atmosphere and nice people and great music! Also they have a menu with treasure map that they gave me as a gift cause I was so amazed and delighted with! Recommendations!

This is the third time we are spending our summer holidays at BISS - we absolutely adore it! A place with unique charm, very kind staff (great family business), stunning views, affordable prices, tasty food and overall great service... makes you feel at home ;)

We would give 10 stars if possible :) This is one of the best seaside restaurants in our lives! The dishes are exceptionally delicious, the personnel is extra-friendly, the location is perfect! We would like to thank Stefan, Elena and Boban for our best days in Montenegro with girize, beer, octopus, S.T. burgers and pleasant small talks 🦑🍺🍔💛

With family we spent a lot of time in this hospitable restaurant during our vacation time and I must say we wasn't dissapointed at all. Delicious food and desserts, very caring stuff, we will miss all that.

The place has amazing staff and the food is delicious, and the drinks are as they should be . The prices are reasonable. Anyone that likes fine quisine and good servise should visit this fine establishment and see for themselves.

Great hosts, amazing view, next to the beach. Clean and simply perfect for what it is, top value. Spacious parking in the shade across the street, highly practical. Also, Kumbor is not too densely populated and is such a great alternative. Beachfront bars and restaurants below the property are great value as well.

No TV in the room but air-conditioned and well equiped with kitchen. About kitchen: i personally don't like mutual kitchen where anyone can interrupt you during cooking but i will not make big drama about it for 20 Euros for night. I took my needed rest and i enjoyed my time there after a long day on the beach.

We were recommended this resort. The location was good and they accommodated 6 of us. We paid 40€ per couple for the beds. The weather was not the best so we were able to get the beds free the next day as we only ended up on them for an hour the first day. We were served on both days and had no issues at all. We came to Kotor based on our friends' recommendation. We paid €45 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 3 people. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is filled with small pebbles. The pebbles aren’t too uncomfortable, but the turquoise color seen in photos isn’t real. We ordered pizza and risotto, and both were very delicious. The cocktails were average. In total, we paid €145.

Lively beach bar with very good views of the sea. We stopped by for a bite to eat and were served quickly. The portions were generous and the cevapi was particularly good. We were hoping to stay to use the sun beds but unfortunately they were very crowded and €45 for 2 beds and an umbrella is rather expensive.

Myself & my husband visited on 30th June 2024. We were greeted by a very nice front of house young lady who took us to our beds which we hadn’t reserved. Got in at 10am and already quite busy. Beds were priced at £35 euros for 2 with umbrella. Very comfortable with thick mattress, pillow & and towel. Drinks very reasonably priced. Very clean and prompt service throughout the day. Lunch was very nice...

Very nice beach resort and very comfortable. The sunbeds were relaxing and staff were lovely. The only thing I could mention is that it’s very family oriented with lots of kids running around. The beach is perfect for Montenegro and the food and drinks reasonably priced.

The price for the sunbed was high but it is worth depending of the position/location it is set. We paid for two beds 30€ on the first day and in the second day 35€. The lady said that it was cheaper because in the first day was wind. The good point is that we got towels so I guess the money was worth it. The prices of drinks was too expensive. I have stayed here a few times when travelling with work. Staff are very friendly, WiFi is great. Breakfast is good too. Beautiful location. And they really helped organise things like airport transfer! Couldn’t ask for more

I like the breakfast garden. It is a quiet place and iis close to the sea. The stuff is very kind. Next time I come to Tivat I will be there again.

Pretty good hotel for the value. Close to the beach and to Porto Montenegro. Safe and clean. We came here on a swim trip.

Very friendly personnel, beach is near and food served in hotel restaurant is great. Only few minutes away from Porto Montenegro, Old Park (Large Park) and Tivat downtown.

Great place to stay, the host is very friendly and it's right across the street from the beach. My only problem is the wifi which isn't the fastest, it's sufficient for webbrowsing but videostreams might occasionally need to load. It is not bad, but at the end of the season many of the dishes on the menu did not have them. Anyway, compared to everything in the area here, it's mostly about income.
