Very nice apartment, clean and spacious, looks better than pictures. If you take sea view, you will be in a third floor, no elevator, but the view will be amasing. Very friendly hosts. I would come back again.

The apartment was exactly as we expected. From the top floor there are amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The beach is right next door and there are restaurants where guests can have dinner. The super friendly and helpful staff made our holiday perfect by making sure we had everything we needed. Our family had a wonderful week in Montenegro. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Relaxed little hotel across the street from the beach. Just look for the Zebra wall, was a little hard to find at first. Was a great, clean, cozy room for me as a solo traveller. We got an Appartment for 2 nights. It has a good location, beach, supermarkets, restaurants are all in walking distance. Unfortunately the Appartement was not very clean. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom were dirty. In the kitchen was sauce hollandaise in the cupboard, open probably for a while. Also the fridge was very dirty. Great place to stay for vacation in Montenegro. Good beach is in 250 metres. You can safety leave a car in front of hotel. Everything you need you might find in Tivat. Great suits with everything we needed, the owner Djuro and his wife are wonderful people, they helped us in everything. The apartments are in the best location in Tivat, 2 minutes from the beach, in front two supermarkets, 10 minutes walk to the center , we had a great stay.

I come to this place regularly, mainly with my other family members. The apartments are in a beautiful, quiet location, a 5-min walk to the beach. The hosts are very kind indeed-they’ll be more than happy to help you with anything you need. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have a modern feel to them. We loved the beach here, clear and the smaller rocks were easier for us to walk on. Really comfortable beds and a nice restaurant on site. Chicken tacos were not quite what my children expected but still tasty. Our only complaint was that service seemed to be extremely slow but other than that we had a great time!

Nice spacious outdoor dining area. The restaurant is well staffed although a little slow at times. The food was good but not exciting, and perhaps a little more expensive than other places in the vicinity, but the amenities are very good with sunbeds and good swimming facilities.

We came to Kotor based on our friends' recommendation. We paid €45 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 3 people. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is filled with small pebbles. The pebbles aren’t too uncomfortable, but the turquoise color seen in photos isn’t real. We ordered pizza and risotto, and both were very delicious. The cocktails were average. In total, we paid €145.

Lively beach bar with very good views of the sea. We stopped by for a bite to eat and were served quickly. The portions were generous and the cevapi was particularly good. We were hoping to stay to use the sun beds but unfortunately they were very crowded and €45 for 2 beds and an umbrella is rather expensive.

Myself & my husband visited on 30th June 2024. We were greeted by a very nice front of house young lady who took us to our beds which we hadn’t reserved. Got in at 10am and already quite busy. Beds were priced at £35 euros for 2 with umbrella. Very comfortable with thick mattress, pillow & and towel. Drinks very reasonably priced. Very clean and prompt service throughout the day. I've spend a week with my family in Montenegro and our staying was just across the road from the hotel. We went everyday for a coffee and breakfast as was open not only to the hotel guests but also to the public. The host Alecsandra was super amazing. Very friendly kind and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay here and Anita was great with us, very friendly and willing to arrange taxis for some other visits. The accommodation is about a 30 minute easy walk from Porto Montenegro (or a 4/5 minute taxi drive). It is fairly near the airport but we never had any issue with noise from the planes. Great location to have as a base to explore the surrounding area.

Great place for families. The staff has lots of initiative and are flexible in granting us early check-in. One staff brought us bottles of mineral water while we waited for our room to be cleaned. We were two and a half hours early! The resort provided kayaks and canoes that we can use for free. The only down side is that there is a weird drainage stench from our balcony.

The terrace overlooks the sea and it is special that the planes taking off in the morning and afternoon can be observed up close. Panoramic views and first class host We stayed in an apartment with truly panoramic view over the bay of Kotor. The owner was a particularly helpful and friendly lady, who helped making our stay unforgettable. The apartment had a large terrace facing the bay as well as a smaller one facing south, which we enjoyed very much.

Excellent place, very clean with the best view of the Adriatic Sea your money can buy in Montenegro. The owners are very friendly. The location is close to a 5 star beach and a supermarket, also there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, they have a fully equiped kitchen and they all come with a long balcony overviewing the sea.

Every agreement is possible and every one is respected by the host (housekeeper), the beach is close, Idea is even closer (they are not open on Sundays). One of the rare apartments that even when there are restrictions on water, it has it all day, technically it does (for drinks at the store)
