The hotel is situated quite far from the nearest city, Tivat, and I wouldn’t recommend staying there if you don’t have a car. However, the surrounding area is incredibly beautiful, featuring stunning beaches, picturesque viewing spots, and an ancient fortress.
The hotel itself is designed with great aesthetic appeal, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Notably, there are no TVs in the rooms.
The staff at the hotel was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Agape Hotel Rose is simply perfect. The view of Boka Zaliv is breathtaking, and the swimming pool with that view is unbeatable – the ideal spot to relax. Being just a few steps from the beach made our stay even better. Marko and his team were amazing – friendly, helpful, and always there when we needed anything. Our family had a fantastic time here, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Why I cannot give a full 5 star rating on my 2 day holiday stay.
👍🏻 Amazing views. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely. Coffee is very good! Pool is clean and refreshing. Beds - ok. Mattresses old or bad quality. I expected more for a 4 star rated hotel for CHF 498.- for 3 nights
👎🏻 👎🏻 The plumbing urgently needs attention in Room 3: I was woken in the middle of the night by a stench coming from the shower drain even though the bathroom door was closed 😯 and had to open the balcony door and room door to get fresh air. Air con was on night mode. This happened on both nights I stayed.
Then, there are lots and lots of stairs! No ramps or a lift so if you have big, heavy suitcases, good luck in getting to the rooms 5-24.

This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

Enchanting place overlooking a very picturesque bay, and in the middle of nature.
The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers.

Well, this hotel deserves 10 out of 5.. It's just something. Although located a bit far from cities but who needs it whenever you have such stunning views. No TV in the room but.. VIEWS!
Quiet, clean, friendly staff.
There were no tea bags in the room but even at 12 at night I got some from the reception.

The most beautiful hotel Ive ever stayed in! The view is beyond amazing.... just breathtaking. And above that I have to say the staff is great! Milica, Marko and Laki were perfect hosts. They explained everything well and made us feel welcome. Thank you for everything Agape!

Great accommodation with a fantastic sea view, friendly and welcoming staff always at your service, the beach is very close with excellent restaurants—we can't wait to come back!
