First of all, I have to say Montenegro is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been to. The beaches are incredible. The cities have a romantic and charming soul about them. It is definitely the sun and stars of mediterranean! While there, my fiance and I had the privilege of staying at the LaRos Apartments. This hidden gem happens to be centered most conveniently just steps from the water, local restaurants, public transportation and local markets. This lovely complex is decorated with Balkan art throughout. In addition, the rooms had amazing views, were comfortable, spacious, and clean. Not to mention the staff was warm, friendly and helpful. It is a must see. I miss it already and will definitely return!
